The motel is walking distance to both the Express Bus Terminal (Seoul, Daegu, major cities) and the Inter-City Bus Terminal (Songnisan and other smaller cities around), they are just opposite of each other. For those who are planning to go Songnisan, there is a direct bus from the Inter-City Bus Terminal with regular departure. The staff on duty did not speak English, but they had someone on call who can speak fluent English and she provided us with her contact, she was called in when we checked in. Check in was pretty straight forward and they gave us a welcome pack with additional basic toiletries (on top of what was already provided in the room). The room is basic but sufficient for us. It is also very clean. They gave us a room with a PC, which we didn't really need. There was a nice TV with enough channels. There were various eateries around the motel (all walking distance), ranging from traditional Korean beef soup to fast food chains like Lotteria and Burger King. Lotte mart is also nearby.
