Nice Apartment with unbeatable views straight out of a K Drama series. Modern environmental controls and high tech kitchen and home appliances really added to the experience.

We couldn't turn on the lights in the Guest Bathroom next to Living room. We tried over the wall pad but failed. We stromngly suspect that the light bulbs are gone.  Because we found that at dawn, so we couldn't call for help.

The place was top notch. It's not a hotel so the usual hotel-style amenities are not available. However, the quality of the apartment and the location were fabulous.

A little confusing to check in and check out and the elevators are not very logical but the property itself is epitome of luxury. Location right on the beach can’t be beat. I would HIGHLY recommend.

Great location. Incredible view.  But the amenities were lacking. Towels were the lowest quality and not enough. Staffing was minimal and they were not available to answer questions. The amenities were the bare minimum. Based on the location, view and the accommodation, one would expect there to be high end toiletries, towels, robes and slippers.

Really good value for a family of four as the apartment is large and spacious. Instructions are clear to check in and they were quick to respond back via email. The towels were hidden behind the cabinet in the toilet so we thought there was no towels being provided and had yo call reception but they came through quickly with towels.

Good value and location for big family

The room was spacious and modern.  Great views and location. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of space. The only strange thing was that they only provided one bath towel per bathroom and it was a little difficult to communicate our request for more towels. Otherwise our stay was fantastic and I would recommend it.

This location is perfect for family stay.  Its has full kitchen, laundry (washing and dryer) and within the unit ,each room with separate ac control .   View is amazing and very secure building.   Few tips.  1. Korea changed the law so No free toothbursh/ 1 time use amenities.   2.  They have shampoo/body wash and hair conditioner- No body lotion3. Ask customer service for laundry detergent,  they will bring individual packet4. Full kitchen available if would like to cook. Refrigerator is very big and even separate refrigerator for kimchi only for longer stay.I would say, I will bring my family again here.   Only thing that I wish is towel needs to be upgraded.  Bit worn down.Other than that,  highly recomend this place!

It is challenging to find a room for 7 people. We had 4 adults and 3 kids. We got the presidential suite so we obviously had a lot of room. However, I feel like there should’ve been more towels given we had 7 people for 2 nights and 3 days. Also it was confusing initially to check in. Overall, convenient location at Haeundae and the view was beautiful.

Roomy place for big family

The views from every room in our apartment on the 43th floor were simply stunning.  After staying in Hanok-style houses for the prior 3 nights, sleeping in a very large, bright, clean, well-appointed and comfortable apartment was a delight. Even our bathroom had amazing floor to ceiling views. Having read the comments in prior posts, we arrived knowing the drill for parking (5th floor basement) and check-in (phone call to meet someone at the elevator upon arrival).  Ours was a luxury corporate apartment so we knew we couldn’t rely on the front desk, which served the residents of the building.  The location was perfect!  The staff provided instructions on how to use all the appliances, which we supplemented with a translator app, including for parking.  Admittedly, although it was hard to leave the apartment for our next location, this option would not be for someone who relies heavily on guest services at a hotel.

Simply awesome stay at Grand LCT Residence!

The property itself is confusing, in terms of way finding, there are multiple elevator corridors, and it’s easy to get confused as what elevator to take. Also parking on basement level five to check in was not convenient.Also, you had to walk around the building to get to the beach area, although the building actually sits right on the beach.  Not good design layout.

Amazing location, stayed on the 82nd floor with incredible views of the area. Easy access to many dining options and area attractions. Arrived via taxi from train station and went to lobby who had to call for someone to come up and it took a little while in the stuffy waiting area. Person gave us instructions in English and room key but no other details on how to work anything inside the unit. Room was clean and open but did not seem like it was used for a while and not prepared for our arrival. Light switches were confusing and floor heater was on and took forever to figure out how to turn off. AC did not work well in the beginning due to none of explanation in English inside the rooms. No laundry detergent at all for washer in the unit (not even 1 sample), towels were scant - only 3 bath towels for 4 adults in a unit that should sleep 6 and couldn't figure out how to ask for more. No paper towels or napkins, no hard line phone to contact management and we didn't have Korean SIM card. Very large open space but no decor and bland. Great for large families but not good for short stays.

This place is very nice and spacious.  It’s close to the central hot places and the beach, all walking distance.  While all the staff was very nice, it’s bit confusing to check in.  You check in through underground garage level B2 where there at no AC and they don’t tell you that you need to register your car, so we had some challenges parking after the check in.  Also, you can’t use the gym unless you are a resident.  We were guest renters.  However, I would still stay here again.

This place was great for my family. We have two little ones and we had plenty of room for them. The place was clean and employees were all nice and professional. Only thing I wished they had was a phone that I could call the front. Other than that, we loved our stay there and looking forward to coming back again!
