We just stay there one night after our visit in Aquila reserve. We are not used to all the luxury of Aquila and so this place was perfect. It was just a bit cold for winter and the hot water was lukewarm but the beds were really confortable. Thank you

Stay was a pleasant surprise, very neat and accommodating, also see it in the light that it was a late booking and the Guest Farm was very accommodating. Keep up the good work. Will definitely use it again and will recommend it to family and friends

We were pleasantly surprised at the accommodation offered.  We also appreciated the easy "electronic" system of entering and exiting.  Accommodation was clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. 

I was welcome with a friendly greeting. The cottage was rustic, clean and neat. The bathroom was neat and well stocked. The atmosfeer on the farm is very laid back. Was completely relaxed as soon as I unpacked my bags. You as also very close to shops and restaurants in town. The property had electric fences and you open the gate from your cell after you check in. This was great.

I thoroughly enjoyed my overnight stay at Nuwedam Guest Farm. The cottage I stayed in had a well-equipped kitchen, spacious bedroom and spotless en suite bathroom fitted with a big shower. I was given a key which gave me access to the veld surrounding the farm and allowed me to explore the beauty of the Karoo. Christiaan is an exceptionally friendly host who boasts a wealth of knowledge about Touws River and its surroundings. The farm is well-signposted and situated just off the N1.

this is one of the most pleasant places I've come across. I was struggling to get home to Capetown in time for the lock-down and i came across this place.
the chalet was really well appointed with clean modern finishes. the owner had sterilised the counters and... well it was just really comfortable at an affordable price. its a perfect stop-over place, but I think if there's going to be another lock-down, id like to spend it here.

Well-priced, good value for money. Conveniently close to Aquila Game Reserve for overnight stay. A warm welcome from owner, friendly dogs, wide open spaces and vistas on this farm. Good security. Beds rather firm! 

The house is very comfortable and has everything you need. Very peaceful surroundings, sweet dogs and good space for braai. I really appreciate it. It's perfect for families with kids. Very close to Aquila Safari.

Awesome little stop along the way to Cape Town to break up the long straight boring  N1 road. 
Christian the owner of the farm, an absolute legend of a guy that knows so much of the area’s history and culture. 

Each of the bungalows come with en-suite and its own little braai area completely secluded and private. Nothing like watching the stars in the middle of the Karroo where there is hardly any light pollution. 
Here you’ll actually be able to experience a bit of the how farm life is in the Karoo.
Another must in the Karoo is to have a look at the Milky Way, it’s is crystal clear out here as well as both sunrise and sunset. 

Only 7min drive from Aquila Private Game Reserve, so can save you and absolute fortune by staying just outside the grounds instead of the R7000 + plus per night. 

Well worth the stop.

After a very exhausting long day we were warmly welcomed by Christiaan very late on News Year's eve. He even appeared at our door 20 min after checking us in, armed with a bottle of champagne and glasses!'It's nearly Happy New Year and I thought you'd enjoy this'. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The surroundings are peaceful and relaxing with the occasional sound of chickens and peacocks. The rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. We woke up feeling very refreshed and watched the sunrise while sipping our coffee..... Wished we could have stayed longer.

This property is quite close to the N1 but we were not disturbed by traffic noise at all. Great welcome from owner, very comfortable stay and excellent value for money. Only one negative - the peacocks woke us up really early.

Very convenient base for a visit to local attractions

Conveniently located just off the N1, but far enough away not to be disturbed by the traffic. Christiaan was a very helpful and considerate host making sure that we were comfortably settled in and had everything we needed.
