This place is clean and good value. 
Friendly staff and owners willing to adjust to your needs - very knowledgeable about the local area and offering insight and sugestions on activity around the lication. The outdoor area is perfect even in late September. Highly recomended. 

Spent a night at this beautiful guesthouse in the Vaal after attending a concert at Emerald Resort and Casino. 

The guesthouse is 8 minutes (around 4 km or so) away from Emerald and has 11 rooms in total. It is one that has its price far above the rest in the area! Value for money, even when you include breakfast. Very friendly and warm welcome from the lady who was looking after us, by the name of Engela. 

Room was spacious, neat and beautifully designed inside although the TV position is a bit awkward. The room has all the important necessities like a microwave and a bar fridge with cutlery. The guesthouse is very quiet, safe and peaceful. Ample parking space as well. There is a gym, sauna, pool and lapa as facilities for use in the guesthouse. 

For the value for money aspect and what you get for it, this is one to recommend. 

Clean and well maintained rooms. Great breakfast. Excellent hospitality. I have enjoyed of my 2 months stay. Really cool place to visit. Definitely will visit the little piece of paradise again.... :-)

The last time I was at the Guesthouse, I asked the gardener about the flags (3) by the gate. I told him where I was from. He said they don't have my country flag. This time, they bought flag and it was in the front my first day there. They don't use any automated CRM, this was just authentic good people, putting thought and being genuine.

I am amazed. I am not their biggest client. I was only there for 3 days. I am so humbled, I couldn't stop smiling my entire stay. I think the client must have thought I was TOO happy. WOW

Had a great stay at Aalywns. I was working but my partner was relaxing and our hosts were so kind to accommodate our different and various needs! (Allowing my partner to continue using the facilities after we had checked out, making me early breakfasts, not complaining that he always had the gate keys so I had to be buzzed in...).  The rooms were large, comfortable and very clean.  I have stayed in a couple of other places in Vanderbijilpark for the same sort of price.  They were perfectly nice, but really not as high quality.  Aalywns was a much more relaxing stay and excellent value! I will be booking again soon!

Liked · The location is perfect, peaceful and safe. The hostess/ manager is the sweetest (always willing to help). The room is spacious and has everything you would need. The wifi is perfect and works all the time. Pool area is to die for too bad we were only there for a night. The rooms and outside area are super clean!!!!!!!!

It is one place I would visit again will highly recommend it to anyone if you pass via the area

keep on doing the great work and hopefully hospitality industry picks up so you get more business.

The only constructive criticism is to put a plug near the office desk for a laptop.

This is one of the places that will not escape my memory. I slept there once, twice, three times  and every time I am in the area, I am forced to look out for it for its uniqueness. Everything is arranged in a manner that suits your expectation. Very funny, the staff is everywhere but not in your way. The place is very good for families, single guests looking for relaxation relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of city life. breakfast is great and delicious

A little piece of paradise in Vanderbijlpark

First of all, the place is lovely. Situated in a beautiful, quiet residential area with tall shade trees. The rooms are clean and decorated nicely.
There is no aircon and the ceiling fan works only when the light is on - not great for sleeping. 
There is no breakfast - although the website said it was included.
The WiFi is useless. We can get texts, but no emails or video calls.
Won’t use this place again.
