Paul and his team made us feel very welcome. The apartment was serviced every day and kept spotless. The linen was crisp and new and appeared to be changed daily too. So convenient for Sandton Clinic and Sandton City. We will definitely go back.

Perfect position

Accommodation is not of the standard implied by the website. We stayed in a 2 bedroom self-catering cottage. The decor is dated and in desperate need of renovation. Cottage filled with a variety of odd bits of non-matching furniture and furnishing. Cupboard doors were broken and taps leaking. Despite a cottage sleeping 4, there was only space for 3 dining room chairs. We were left little chocolate treats on the pillows when we arrived - however they were christmas leftovers and 2 months expired!!!
The staff were pleasant enough, but I couldn't help feeling the place was not entirely clean which was rather unpleasant.
Do not be fooled by website and the photos, this is not of the standard advertised!!

Definitely not 'executive'

After being at Sandton Clinic we decided to have dinner at Ocean Basket in Peter Place. We were very disappointed. Service mediocre and food below average. Sushi was terrible particularly the rice which was stodgy. The boulliabese sea food soup was watery with no substance and the fish combo with prawns average. Not sure if it was a coincidence but my wife had nausea and diarrhea the next day. We won't be back.

Disappointing Dinner

Everything is old, worn out, dirty. Basin leaked all over the floor. The kitchen cupboards were broken and smelt musty. The utensils were a mish-mash. Half the lights didn't work. The one in the bathroom was so bad you couldn't see a thing in the mirror. Serious shortage of wall plugs. A "christmas tree" of wires and plugs behind the TV. Nowhere to dry hair near a mirror. Had to stand and dry hair in the kitchen. The towells, which were perhaps once white, were grey/yellow and looked grubby. Gas heater had no wheels so it could not be moved  (and it was cold and rainy). Very poor standard and not worth what they are charging. Worst stay!

Old, tired, below standard.

The staff stole my R4000 eyewear, and when I brought it to the attention of management, they dismissed me saying their staff is incapable of that, with investigating. And without even appreciating I was a second time customer. No form of refund or apology was given except alluding me to delusional.
