Zanami Lodge

Spent one night at this lodge for work purposes. It is a 3 star establishment, with surprisingly spacious rooms and bathrooms. The room was clean and tidy, there was even an iron in the cupboard, which was very convenient for me. 

Supper was a buffet, choice was limited, but what was available was tasty. Breakfast had limited variety again, but was enough. 

Had little interaction with staff, but those that I met were friendly and helpful.

Lovely lodge with spacious rooms

The place looks good on the outside and inside. The problem is the place is dirty, they don't clean the sheets, floor, cushion cover, and through including curtains and on the door there was a lot of dust and mapobe. The bathroom is dirty, the mats are full of dust.they really not look after their beautiful place. Hygienically they are not fine and they must do something about it

Stayed there with children including a toddler, no cot bed provided, breakfast was so bad, no variety, staff not so friendly, security poor gate always open with no guard at the gate(in SA??). Initially wanted self catering which was fully booked but then it was now available while we were still there but we were not offered to move. Will stay there if it's just 1 night sleep. Bathrooms are nice & clean though.

I was disappointed with the customer service & the breakfast

Rooms are clean but need attention - bathroom curtain missing, cushions dirty. Food very average, always cold. Staff very friendly and helpful.  A party was raging all night until 3:00 in the morning. Absolutely unacceptable noise levels on a Thursday night.  Phoned the establishment but nothing helped. Other guests also very unhappy.  Will never stay there again!

Firstly, no lights were working in the entire room. Only the bathroom lights were working, as if I’ll be spending the entire stay in the bathroom.
There were two side lamps beside the bed, none of them worked

Secondly, sleeping was near impossible with people walking around making a noise. Only after they decide to sleep were it quite enough for the rest of us to dose off

Lastly, breakfast. When I checked in the previous day, I had to ask the guy who was as checking me in where is breakfast had in the morning. He pointed out the room and informed me what time breakfast is had.
Come morning I’m told I were supposed to order breakfast the previous day so it can be prepared, while no one told me this. Apparently I would not be assisted because it needed to be prepared first, therefore there would be no breakfast

There was seemingly no willingness to assist from the staff, a total lack of service

A very bad experience

The swimming pools were tidy & also the bedrooms. The helpers are friendly we had funny conversations. The place is tidy & also the rooms were smelling great,clean sheets and duvets. Everything is perfect,is a nice place to visit with your family. Is a 3 star lodge.

Everything was satisfying. The service was good. The breakfast was also nice and enough.
