Spotless hotel. Excellent service. Great value for money. Good wifi, great location.
This hotel is brilliant, the management should be used to train other Southern Sun hotel staff. Every experience here is just impressive. Great aircon. Breakfast is decent.

Compliments to the Management and Staff,  Your Hotel was noticeably fully booked, and yet the service we received was complimentary.  Mr. Steele, you have a good team look we look forward to our next visit.  In the past, we always only stayed at the Golden Horse.  It is comforting to know we now have 2 choices when we visit Pietermaritzburg.

stay easy has always provided a phenomenal atmosphere and is surrounded by most amenities with Midlands mall a stone throw away makes it more fantastic. the friendly staff responding promptly when calling makes one feels appreciated. Fantastic free breakfast is always divine.

Every December on my way to Durban, l make sure l spend a night at this StayEasy hotel. The staff are Wonderful. The location is perfect for me as I love to do my extra holiday shopping at Midlands mall.

The hotel offers a service of issuing food vouchers for the guests to purchase food at nearby restaurants, i think that is so great. with that, can the hotel offer small bar fridges and small microwaves so that guests can save their food and refreshments properly overnight and be able to warm their food whenever they will feel like eating. 

 on route i was passing threw , room warm and comfortable service was excellent. i enjoyed sleeping on the big clean bed the view i was just sad that i had to leave in a hurry, it was the best an i will be staying over again thats for shore



Excellent service and facilities. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Management was amazing attending to the finer details at breakfast. 
Very clean and tidy. It is like visiting family every me we travel to Tsogo sun. I believe it is good value for money

First time in a Stayeasy and was very good. If they are all like the one in Pietermaritzburg I will certainly stay in them again. Rooms are very neat and clean.  The service was excellent and the location was good.

great treatment was received the rooms were clean the place was welcoming and the food very fulfilling i am most def coming break when i need a break from the kids and would highly recommend the place to anyone

What a lovely Hotel, with its management, they so friendly always helpful, Food is awesome, Lovely hotel with a supportive Staff, I enjoyed the Visit, thanks management, breakfast is nice, Accommodation is cheap, what else you required

My Stay at StayEasy Hotel in Pietermaritzburg

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. I received a warm welcome from hotel staff and the check-in process was very efficient and easy. The Wifi connectivity exceeded my expectations. The hotel is located close to the mall and this makes shopping much easier for travellers and guests who do not know the area.

Stay Easy is a home away from home with great service. love how the mall is close for shopping and to distress after a long day of hard work. The variety of food outlets that one can go buy food from with their voucher system.

Business Trip

It is up to standard all what I've noticed in the hotel. Your staff has customer care. They comply with health standards to avoid the spread of diseases.I hope small sanitizes should be install in rest rooms

The facility is the expected standard when you are utilising the Tsogo group facilities, the staff was welcoming and the check out process was also very efficient. Parking is also well secured and there is nofear of vehicle break inns as the security is always visible
