Had a great stay at the hotel for 9 nights while holidaying in Mossel Bay. Conveniently adjacent to Pinnacle Point Golf Club. Highly recommended.

All around great Hotel. I would highly recommend this exceptional small hotel to anyone!

Food was excellent and staff was good and friendly. The dinner was clean en the food was well presented. There was a huge varity in food and no normal person can every eat all of it...which make your choices very difficult.  O would just like a complimentry glass of wine 
...or orange juice for example

I would also suggest a small portion of food perhaps for a cheaper rate if thats not done....die kleintjie will graag betokke wees....than what about softtttt music playing while eating.  And once a week a lucky slots voucher handed to a table which was prior to the client arrival allocated ...identified...that will for sure attract people..l

Garden court is always good. 
The hotel has a casino with it and the place is  a buzz in the casino at night. 
Just become complicated to fill in a few forms to go and spend some time in the casino. Sad that each guest needs to complete these forms. A bit tedious. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant.  You have to use one in the casino.  Food was average rating. 

Check-in was simple, the room was good, the staff are friendly. The restaurants are in the casino, which isn't a problem, but the food wasn't hot enough for our liking. Breakfast, however, in the hotel was an excellent buffet The chef cooks eggs the way you want them and there's a machine where you can make your own pancakes. The manager made my wife a cup of tea!

My husband and I stayed here for three nights. The room was very neat and clean but we had a problem with the airconditioner there was no remote and seem it was on a timer. It did not cool the room at all and only worked for a short period. We had someone look at it but still the same and as it was 35 defrees during that time it was really not nice without an aircon. Breakfast was nice not a huge variety but was tasteful and personnel were very friendly. Overall impression were very good.

Overall a pleasant hotel and very clean. We had a nice room but discovered that the washbasin tap in the bathroom leaked badly when used, resulting in a flooded bathroom floor. we also found that the curtains jammed on the rail & so wouldn't close completely but that caused us no problem. The hotel has a breakfast room serving a decent buffet breakfast but all other meals are provide in the adjacent casino. There are three options there & we, and others we spoke to, found the food good & the prices reasonable. The hotel gave each of us a ZAR100 voucher to spend in the casino which was good because we came out winning ZAR200. Not a fortune but it paid for a meal.

I received no assistance with my baggage and when I asked I was told this is due to covid restrictions. everywhere else I stayed I got assistance though. Bravo restaurant is very short-staffed, you have to wait ages before being assisted

Next door to the Casino

Rooms were nice and clean but waiting for a lift to get to your room or come down was always a long wait as they only had 2 and were pretty busy.

The dining area is really nice and the food was good.
The breakfast area is more basic but the choice of food was nice however some items were cold and needed to be warmer.

Spent six days and seven nights here. Probably a minor fault but there was nobody to help us with our luggage on arriving or leaving. Breakfast, which is included, is quite good but they need to turn up the heat on their tureens. There are three eateries  around the Casino but I wouldn't recommend any of them.  Gambled a bit in the Casino  but the slot machines ate us like a mealie!

Most Good Except for a Few Things.

The room was not too large, overlooking the pool area and the garden. Extremely dangerous was the sliding window where one could easily fall next t the pool. At etering the hotel on the ground level, there are rooms one floor above and one floor below. No elevator available, so with heavy luggage you may want to call upon service by a porter (which seems to be standard in South-Africa). Breakfast is in the area adjacent to the reception. It could not convince me. At the reception, check if you WiFi is working, you may want to have it activated.This place is a long way from anything but the casino, so you are a bit confined to casino entertainment.
