Best experience ever, the place is fire I gotta give credit to owner of the place because it was something new to me and the service is supreme, the pools were also superb also nice to see some wildlife 

If you can try to get clean water. We failed to use jacuzzi because water is brown full of mud. There is  a sign at swimming pool for no glasses & alcohol but people were there with glasses plates bottles of beers drinking at swimming pool. I was not comfortable with that 

Everything  was fine the rooms were big enough  the only problem I encounter is that I didn't get a crib on my first night  and some insects.
They must improve their stock at their kiosk and a wooden spoon in the kitchen  

We were in a chalet as couples 4people I really enjoyed the rooms maybe the only disappointment was the cleaners never changes the sheets and they had some, stains as white sheets are very sensitive. The TV was also not working until the last day of our trip so I believe when I send what time I will checkin the management is supposed to check if everything is in order and working as having to wait for the technicians to come and fix the TV. Can the hotel also look into including sabc on TV some of us still enjoy watching our weekly soapies and having not those channels was a bummer. 

we recieved the best service from LUCIA an the owner.they also made our stay easy.the management made our universary a special one with gifts they surpriced us with.the rooms were very clean.love love the place will love to go again soon 

Waterberry Hill was absolutely amazing! The staff was friendly, the chalates big, amazing and clean, the kitchen has everything just bring your food. Great place!! The chalets with the jaquzi are big! All round amazing weekend 

The place was very beautiful and clean, service was excellent. We enjoyed our stay although we had to fight a number of unwelcome guests (gheckos). Would certainly recommend the place to other friends and family.

We absolutely loved our stay at Waterberry Hill. The kids had a fantastic time and they really enjoyed the snake demonstration by Barend. The staff is exceptionally helpful and really walk the extra mile for the visitors, The highlight was the Dawn to Dusk tour to the KNP are also the lovely treatments at the spa. We will definitely be back. 

Lovely big chalet, nice bathroom en very good restaurants in the area! Near the Phabene gate to get quick acces to Kruger park. We had a great stay! We didn’t use the swimmingpool but it looked very clean and nice!

Very clean, well maintained place. Recently renovated. Chalets had everything we needed for self catering. We only struggled with WiFi. Staff very friendly. The view from our chalets was an exceptional.

I really liked the property it was big and specious with reasonable price

We enjoyed our stay at waterberry hill ...it really was a great place to choose for our first family trip ...our rooms we nice and clean ,we enjoyed our private swimming pool which was absolutely fantastic ...the down side was the road leading up to the property which really needs to be maintained more

It was a great getaway, but it rained the entire weekend, so we could not take full advantage of what the place had to offer. There was also loadshedding that weekend, so we played board games and enjoyed the quality time.
