Be aware the misleading name "Four Seasons" is just the name of this rather low-end apartment block, it has nothing to do with the hotel chain at all. Apartment and building are old and tired. Ok for a cheap room to stay a night but not much more than that. Amazing view.

Not the actual Four Seasons...

We as three friends stayed at the four seasons apartments in cape town for 10 days during the December holidays. We stayed on the 12th floor, the apartment was nice and clean and provided alot of things that most hotels or apartments dont. However the heat was really unbearable, the apartment does not have any air conditioning which made sleeping really hard as it was really humid every single night. The fan provided made such a huge noise and provided little to no cooling at all. As a result we had to sleep with the sliding doors open so that some cool air could come inside which it hardly ever did. The apartment was filled with so much mosquito's as a result we spent most nights trying to catch them all before going to bed. Every morning we woke up with mosquitoes bites all over our legs arms hands.we tried to hang a net over the sliding door to block the mosquito's but still allow the air to come in, it just didnt work as no cool air was coming in at all. At the end of day 4 we all just wanted to go home honestly. If you staying at the four seasons and dont mind having no air conditioning then this place is for you. Minus the place being really humid during the day and night please make sure to pack a bottle of doom or raid for your stay.

Humid with Mosquitoes galore

The room and facilities were more than sufficient for our stay. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was fully kitted out. Pity about the load shedding that kicked in which put a damper on the stay.

Four night stay

I had a booking at the Urban Oasis at the Four Seasons from 21st October to 25th October and I am deeply shocked. The quality of the "hotel" was shocking. It was not what we expected. It was extremely noisy. The corridors smelt. Getting the keys was okay.

We didn't even stay there for one night. We left within an hour of getting there and plan to drop off the keys tomorrow (22nd October)

Just...horrible

The view is spectacular! Sad to see not many amenities provided like salt and pepper or a small sachet of washing powder. These are just extra touches that would have been nice. The check in process was hard as for some reason the numbers provided weren't working to call, only text. So it became a bit stressful worrying that we wouldn't be able to check in. But once checked in all was good. Great central location. There is safe underground parking. Overall the view was the major standout!

Not even remotely close to being the Four Seasons, and I'm not sure how that can get away with using the name.  This is your basic chinese investment property - low grade and skimpy.  The florescent lighted hallways smell like cigarettes and cheap laundry detergent, the furniture is junky plastic knockoffs and the stand alone heating/cooling unit is so loud you have to turn it on at night.  I cut my trip short I hated this place so much.

The apartment is situated in a bit of a dodgy area so it’s not safe to walk around. It was in what looked like an old office block. It was light and clean with great views. Good bed.The TV is hidden behind a unit so tricky to see. The bathroom is v tiny.The main issue was the noise from another room which woke me at 4am one night and 1 am the nd t. Shouting and whooping and door slamming. I reported it the first night but it happened again and again. The security guard was very understanding but I text the owner who basically said that there were residents in the building and there was little he could do.

I stayed in room 1310 as a single traveller.Was basic but clean, light and the views good.
But..noisy (woken at 4am one night, 1 am the other -shouting and whooping from a room 4 doors down. The location is a bit dodgy too,

Great views, clean but not relaxing

The location and view really sells this property. If you are looking for a city break with a view of table mountain, this is for you
