This was not my first visit to the hotel, but definately my first since their renovation. What a transformation. Was met with frienly faces and broad smiles. Checking in was seamless, Thaamir was efficient and in a no time I was escourted to my room by Valentino with my bags. Next morning for breakfast, Terrance looked after our every need and chef Michael ensured that my special requests were met and the food was prepared with so much flavour. Thank you Wentzel for leading such an awesome team. May your hotel grow from strength to strength.
