excellent welcome and food. The lady was nice and welcoming. It would be nice to have some electric blanket though as it was very cold. I would definitely come back again and I would definitely refer it to someone else.

We were mom and daughter attending a wedding at Klein Karoo. It was close by. The accommodation was comfortable and we felt very safe. The area is tranquil and close to everything we needed. We will definitely stay again.

Nice place. Very quiet. Large room. Very good value for money R1400 for 2 people for 2 nights. I'll stay there again.
This sounds trivial, but most establishments provide a small bar of soap in the bathroom.

On a positive - friendly staff- well prepared breakfast- overall, the accommodation was good and we had a pleasant stayThings requiring attention- Thorn sheets on bed, not acceptable- no suitable place for women to blow dry their hair / doing make-up.  No seating in front of a mirror where there is a electricity point available etc. - no soap in bathroom- poor quality coat-hangers (old wire type) for hanging your clothes and not enough. Cupboards also not emptied, files and other stuff all over- Light fitting in main bedroom is a real risk. Huge iron type fitting hanging very low just next to the bed and guranteed you will hit your head against it at least twice a day - very dangerous.

The staff was pleasant, friendly and very helpful. They really impressed me. 
The room and bathroom was spotlessly clean.
The following I found disappointing:
There was no toiletries or hairdryer as promised on the website.  Although the toiletries was not an issue, the fact that there was no hairdryer was very irritating.
The duvet cover was torn as well as one pillow case had a huge tear in it. 
Furthermore, I was woken up every night in the early morning hours, by people slamming doors and speaking in loud voices.  I could not make out who it was, but even if it was guests, staff should have asked them to quiet down.
