I only stayed for one night as a stop over on a motorcycle tour,
the staff was very helpful,food was great, as was the beer,
the room was very clean and comfortable bed, 
location is also good for a stopover as its not  far from the motorway,
very quiet and peaceful place

We chose this property because it has a good score (8,6) on booking.com but it wasn’t what we expected at all. The room was pretty clean but the balcony balustrade and corridor had many spider nets; the door was squeaking; there was no privacy in the bathroom as it’s window was covered only with a transparent curtain and the balcony was in front of it (and shared between rooms!!!); actually the “balcony” was practically useless as it was not wide enough and was shared between 3 rooms without any dividing walls; the bathroom door couldn’t be closed properly without locking with the key; very thin walls, we could hear everything from the next bathroom, any step on the corridor etc.; because is closed to the main road, we heard all cars and especially all noisy motorcycles passing on the road; no air conditioner. The location definitely needs improvements. 
Some positive aspects: easy to find, nice staff, nice surroundings, nice terrace, good food/ breakfast.
