The studios are spacious and bright (our was crossing). The bathroom is functional but for us it wasn't super clean... the bedding is not top either. However the price ratio is good. The location is great because it is located in the heart of Piran so everything is easily accessible then on foot and the little plus there is a fruit and vegetable seller at the foot of the building.

A nice stay in a very beautiful coastal town

Location - very good, within the old town, just above the fruit market. One minute walk from the main square, and a three-minutes walk from the promenade. 
Rooms - very basic, include a bed, a table and a small kitchen. The shower is a bit old, the linen and the towels as well. Don't forget to turn on the water heater on arrival. The rooms has Wifi and aircondition. No mirror. 
Arrival - on arrival you should collect the keys from a travel agency next to the marina. The rooms are located about two hundred meters away. At the building where the rooms are there is no reception desk, you are on your own.
There is no parking in Piran. You should leave the car in the large car parking at the city entrance and continue with a free shuttle.

Good location, basic room

The central location is close to all services. They assigned us an apartment larger than the one we had booked for the same price. Beautiful terrace overlooking the square and the church of St. George. Few functioning air conditioning that does not allow to keep closed the excellent locks for which at night you hear the noises from the square. Shower drain to be arranged because the water goes down very slowly.

What a beautiful Pyrenees!

We visited Piran with my wife and stayed in the apartments of this tenant. Even though it wasn't the great luxury, there was everything we needed, good bedding, good location in the city, clean place. On the other hand, it was hard to find the office to register, since they don't have one... we have to go to Maona agency where a tiny sign says that it's also a jazz apartment. They have a good price ratio!

Good price/quality ratio

This is pretty basic accommodation but given the price of board in Piran (it is way overpriced) then this is pretty good for what you get and location.
You CAN NOT PARK in Piran. I had a lot of trouble working this out but don't be fooled. There is no parking in the centre of Piran. You must use one of the outside car parks. You WILL get a ticket.
The AC worked but was not strong. Must keep windows closed because of noise as location is so central but it was double glazed so kept quite.
The towels were dirty with holes in them so best take your own.
There was no lock on the front door of the building so didn't seem that safe. Having said that, Piran didn't seem dodgy and had no trouble.
In short - Piran is stupidly expensive for accommodation but this was a decent compromise.

Great location, average apartment.

We came here for a couple of days of holidays. Probably it is dependent on the apartment, but we got a very big flat directly in front of the sea, at the top floor. Our stay was very pleasant, the flat comfortable and with very easy access to the wonderful seaside and old town. It would be a great choice for a week of holiday and also a convenient cost. The only bad part is to walk in piran with the suitcase, the pavement is very old and tricky. But in piran you can not use the car and it is the same for all the hotels that are not close.to the arrival of the bus

Very good location

We,ve been there some day ago, after booking the first 2 days we changed accomodation for the last 2 days. Very uncomfortable apartment. Parking far from the hotel (15 minutes by walking from the garage) and too much expensive. If you go with family and you have more than a luggage is very very uncomfortable. Rejected!!

Jazz 1 (apartment in Piran) A spacious room on the first floor. 2 windows that are absolutely dense and noisy and permeable. Air conditioning. Market stands right outside the front door. Supermarket, bakery, cafes and restaurants directly or around the corner. Everything was clean. A mini kitchen with refrigerator and 2 oven plates including the main utensils. Towels and bedding adequate and clean. Double bed convenient. A single bed was also in the apartment and was used by us as storage. The sea is accessible in a few minutes (no sandy beach). I would book the apartment again anytime!
