We stayed one night in 'Apartments Katrca Bežigrad' (address: 2 Detelova ulica, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia).

The apartment was nice, it had a small equipped kitchen with essential kitchenware, a little fridge, a kettle and a moka.
No free toiletries but soap dispensers in the bathroom and in the shower. There's a small hotel hair dryer and an electric bathroom heater on the wall.

The outlets next to the bed don't work and towels are really small. Walls are pretty thin.

The heating works. The bed was comfy.
Parking in front of the house is included.
Perfect location for those who don't mind walking 20 mins to the city center.

The only thing is that the place doesn't really get too dark at night.

It was clean, although it could use more cleaning for the spiders and spiders on the ceiling.

Wi-fi works.

All in all a nice stay.

Apartment on the ground floor - entrance door was only opened at 3/5 - The bathroom door presses were dismantled at the first touch, so the bathroom doors could not be closed - the refrigerator is no longer in operation - stained, dirty couch - no TV - no wine glasses - cheapest accommodation - rough impression - no heating - windows to a two-lane road - sleeping with open windows is very difficult - space between bed and clothing boxes is not exactly accessible - slumber and therefore no second storage (night boxes) - parking space only for small cars - with my car deck of 1 - 5 - which is more than incomprehensible - but the price ratio of the car is still 10 cm - the house would like to have a large parking space - there is a large parking space on the front of the house - the price ratio is 10 cm!

It's a nice apartment but mostly clean... strategic location, very close to the center.

Last Saturday we stayed in Ljubljana, in Apartments in Hrvatski trg 3. Very good location, near Ljubljanica River, Health Centre Onkološki inštitut, near Bus and Train station, 15 minutes on food to the centre. The house is big but small parking, the adress is writen on the front unlocked door, on the paper, we were looking for the bell, foud it on the third floor, nothing, called the Booking number then the lady sent us the boy who helped us with room, keys. The door made very loud noice, the door was damaged, room was big, clean, old. Bathroom clean and big, old shower gel, no chair or table to undress inspite there was a lot of place. The boy hardly spoke in Croat language, lack of informations. Expect more for 72 € per night without of breakfast plus 6 € tourist taks.

Want more but ...

The apartment was very dirty, more than half of the lights didn’t work. There was no Wi-Fi signal at all. The host which we contacted over the phone was not really helpful. Overall, would never go back and I don’t recommend to anyone. 

Disgusting

We've got two communicating apartments in two families, great space, good furnishings, good pedestrian centre location, great quality/price ratio, bed-and-bed mattresses to review.

Very good.

The apartment was spacious and perfectly situated for viewing the old town. The furnishings were very simple, but the accommodation made a well-groomed impression. We were received by a very friendly young lady and received very good practical tips for our city bed. Our bed was extremely uncomfortable. It was a couch with a cover.

Ideal location for a visit to the Old Town

Starting from the assumption that I booked this property well in advance and choosing it just because of the discreet proximity to the points of interest; travelling with a 5 year old child I also arranged the trip according to his needs and to easily return to meals from the center to the property. That said and adding that the booking was made with advance payment, for a stay in August, I hear an email on my cell phone or a text message, now I don't remember, informing me of the impossibility of providing me with the reserved and paid service! We are talking about a communication arrived about an hour before my arrival!! At this point I reached the same property and I understand that in addition to the small escort of the owner of the property (which is very rare in Slovenia) that the courtesy of the owner of the property has not been made available because after a few months I have probably already received the work of the hotel and I have not yet returned to the city, but we have found a lot of room with a very small amount of room, and we have not had a lot of difficulty in finding a room with a lot of room, because we have not had a

Doors to the face

We stayed only one night at 2:00 p.m., we changed the structure because the apartment they had assigned us (on the ground floor), it was dirty old and small. The photos of this room are of course not there. we found a hat under the sofa, a sign of poor cleaning. mold on the pillow cases, sheets too small for the mattress. There are no dark tents. room for 3 people but the sofa bed had no sheets. 70 euros a night, a scam!!! for the same amount we stayed in a hotel 4 stars!

So, apart from the lack of communication via booking, the check-in was fast. The rooms were spacious and bright, but not very well kept. The locks were slender and some details not very stable. We had a good time, however.
