I was very lucky that with 1 DAY BEFORE MY ARRIVAL  I receive from Dragondoss hostel an email in which they announced me that I have to cancel my reservation. I was amazed because the next day I was travelling there. I emailed back and ask what is the reason and that I think it's unfair and correct to announce me with a day before that I'M FORCED TO CANCEL MY RESERVATION. 
Anyway, the site from which I made my reservation oblige me to pay 11 euros in case I was cancelling my reservation with 1 before. So I gave dragondoss hostel an email back in which I explained that is not normal and that that the site would charge me because they oblige me to cancel the reservation.  Anyway, i didn't cancel it and I also didn't received an answer. After, I started to look for another hostel in centre and I was extremely lucky to find a very nice place, clean with nice stuff. I just read the reviews for this so called hostel and sounds like a hole and looks like one. And it's very clear that people ho are running it are maybe a little bit psychos.

I was very lucky because i didn't stay in this dump

The worst place we have EVER stayed in.Private double room was so small , we could hardly fit in.Actually it was a kitchen devided into two boxes(rooms)without windows and a kitchen area with no cooker and tap water. You could hear people breathing next door. Bathroom was dirty and full of mold.The owner was realy rude and neglectic to everything.On the last mornig after the previous night when we told him how bad the place is, he came into our room without knocking, i had no clothes on me and he was kicking us out and as we where leaving he was cursing very nasty towards my boyfriend.Never go there, please,it was a nightmare..

I was first time in this lovely hostel. The hostel is worm and pleasant. Owner of the hostel are giving you everything what you need to feel like you are home, safe and pleasant. Good work, hope that your business is going to grow and have lot of friendly people who are going to visit you. 

Greatest hostel in Slovenia

I order privet room for two - and we got a "room" inside the hostel kitchen. The size of the "room" was 2X2.5 with no windows, no air-conditioner and no fan. The bed was all broken. The shared showers and toilet were dirty and disgusting.
This place is only for young children who need to save any penny.

Worst place I've ever been.

I had reservation. The owner emailed me that it's overbooked. I didn't have internet at the time so didn't have chance to check my email. I met one guy at the hostel so he placed me at his room because it was really late already. At the morning I woke up, owner was at reception and asked who am I. I said the guy who had reservation here. He said, well we are overbooked but as you did stay here so pay for the room(which was already paid by the guy). So nothing about sorry for overbooking or anything. I said, I won't pay for this night. He's answer was then pack your staff and get out of here. Have he ever heard of term, customer service?
