A very good situated location if you travel to Ljubljana by car. Easy to reach, with parking lots. Walking distance to the heart of the city is 15-20 minutes.
Small supermarket and a good restaurant (Pizza!) are right next to the door.

The host is very friendly, Check In and Check Out without problems.

Air conditioner inside the room, which makes totally sense: because of the location at a busy street we could not recommend sleeping with open windows during summer times. 😁

Very good deal if you visit Ljubljana by car

It's a good accommodation option in Ljubljana, especially if you come by car, as it offers free parking and easy access from the highway. The contact person (Rok) was very helpful and the communication went very good. Our room was big, clean and nice. There is also a common kitchen.
The area is good, next to Rivoli Park and at a walkable distance from the city centre. There are good food options around.
The place is on a very busy street but the noise from the cars didn't bother too much, probably thanks to the good quality windows.

Good accommodation option in Ljubljana

A very nice and clean apartment. Although not big it is all one needs for simply sleeping while travelling.  Off street parking and wifi is a welcome bonus while being very walkable to the city centre or a short ride in a public bus.  Price is also quite reasonable and most importantly the owners were extremely friendly, helpful, accommodating and flexible. A recommendation is only too eagerly given.

A comfortable stay

Such a surprise. It a great place in wider Ljubljana center. Very clean, modern style of the furniture in the rooms. From outside it is disappointing, but when you enter the room, it is different story. What is important to me is a private parking just outside under the window. Owner is nice and communicative, ready to help even with stupid questions. During spring and summer time Tivoli park offer great evening events, just around the corner. Only minus is Celovška cesta and huge traffic whole day and night over it. I didn't like the food offer in the neighborhood, and they are opening late, after 10 AM. Each room have refrigerator, bring something with you for a breakfast. One more time, I have tried many budget options in Ljubljana, this is a gem.

Great place

Stayed here 2 Nights with friends on a visit to to ljubljana. 

We checked in late and no one was available since we had missed communication from the host. Fortunately  the slip up was quickly corrected and we could collect the keys from the safe and found the host helpful on a phone call. 

The apartment is clean and very spacious with free parking easily available. 

We had a 2 bedroom apartment and the kitchen with some utensils and the convenience Store nearby made the stay so very easy for us. 

The only concern was the noise of the traffic but everything else including the the washing machine in the apartment made up for this small inconvenience. 

Overall recommended. Specially for families. 

Nice with large size apartments

My wife and I stayed in Room #1 for 3 nights. Besides being extremely clean and comfortable, what makes OH Apartments a great accommodation is the host. Rok diligently contacted us days before our arrival through the Booking.com chat service to ensure that the room would be ready and that we would have access. He was happy to answer all of our questions and he replied to them promptly. The room featured a nice, big and comfortable bed, a safe, clean bathroom, hot water, kettle with coffee and tea, TV with lots of channels, mini fridge and a powerful air conditioner. The property has free parking and there is a laundromat 2 minutes walking north (Speed Queen Laundromat). There is a convenience store right beside the property that has snacks and basic commodities. The property is not far from the train/bus station (20 mins walk); however if you have heavy bags/luggage, I would recommend taking bus #25 just outside of the station. You'll need to get a transit card from the kiosk inside the bus station. Get off at Tivoli and the property is a very short walk from there. The only downfall, if any, would be the location. It is a bit of a far walk to the river and old town area. If you are renting a car however, the location is prime because it is close to the city limits (optimal for day trips outside of the city). 

Amazing!

Loved our room, it was bigger than a hotel double room, comfortable, clean, lots of storage space, great AC/fridge. Free parking right in front of our room. Host nice and responsive, no hassle in getting/leaving the key. Location is not that central, but not very far either - some 20 min till Triple Bridge, walking trough Tivoli Park. Building is on a busy road and there's some road noise all night, but not very loud (we had a room facing the road). Just next to it there's a restaurant that serves breakfast at 8E/p, which is very convenient. Good WIFI. Room looked better than in pictures. Payment by card possible.

Great value for money! Free parking!

Stayed for 3 nights in Apartment Ana on the top floor. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a double and a twin. It has a comfortable lounge area and a very well equipped kitchen and bathroom. The host Rok has thought of every possible detail and added some lovely extra touches including a welcome chocolate on the bed. A very well thought out apartment making maximum use of the space available. There was always hot water in the shower and even a heated towel rail.  
Location too is perfect for a short stay. Parking is available on the property if required. There is a small shop selling food supplies and there is a great bakery just 3 minutes walk away. Even closer is a very welcoming small restaurant Piramide that has a cosy and friendly atmosphere with good food and service. The old centre is about a 15 minute walk away. Taking the path through Tivoli Park is the easiest way and a safe route for anyone with small children.
I cannot praise OH Apartments too highly. Everything you could want and more in an apartment. I would not hesitate to stay there again and at very good value for money it is the ideal choice as a place to stay for 1 to 4 people.

Excellent accommodation and location

Lovely well done simple rooms. Very spacious and airy. Love the rooms. You have a fridge with kettle too make your tea and coffee. Overall a beer warm place. Though it is next to the road the traffic noise wasn't a problem. Centrally located just 15 mins away from the main City centre. You can walk around comfortably and seize the day. 

The owner was very helpful in giving us local tips and tricks. They even helped us with taking care of it baggage in the last day. 

Would definitely return.

Great accommodation.

We had a double room here for 2 nights and loved it!  The room was huge, far bigger than most double rooms we have stayed in, with was plenty of room to move about.  It appeared to have been recently renovated and was decorated and set out in a very tasteful and attractive way.  It was spotlessly clean and the double bed was very comfortable; there were plenty of sockets and storage.  The lighting was great, the air conditioning was efficient and the wifi was good.  Metal shutters at the windows blocked the light from outside and helped with a good night's sleep.  A fridge is provided, along with a kettle, mugs and tea/coffee etc. It is situated on a busy main road leading into the city centre but despite the proximity to the road, the traffic noise was not a problem as long as the windows were shut.  It is really easy to find, only a couple of minutes away from the main ring road and a good base for exploring Ljubljana or further afield.  There is free parking on site or public transport nearby if you don't have a car.  It was a pleasant 15 minute walk to the city centre through Tivoli Park and the area felt safe even when walking back late at night.  There is a small shop downstairs, lots of other shops and bakeries nearby or a large shopping area with a big hypermarket near the ring road, about 5 mins drive.  The host, Rok, was absolutely perfect.  He made contact immediately after booking and again a couple of days before our stay with clear instructions what to do when we arrived, and where to find the key (as we arrived late) and everything was exactly as he said.  He came to our room next morning by arrangement and was very friendly and helpful; he gave us suggestions of what to do and see in Ljubljana and where to eat and provided a lot of maps, guides and books on the city.  There is someone onsite during the day, he was also very quick to respond to messages during the evening and went out of his way to help.  Would definitely return, thanks Rok!!
