The property has been newly refurbished to a basic level which is fine, but the outside has yet to be done, builders accro props support the upper floor so you enter with some trepidation.The street it is in a very high grafity area, there is no sign ti indicate an entrance and the phone number on Expedia website is out of date. We found it by asking in local bars.The beds were new and very comfortable. There was only crockery and seats at dining table for 3 but apartment sleeps seven. Hot water tank held enough water for 3 showers but another problem for 7.We were a 3 so not an issue. Location was good, local restaurants were good value and quality. Only 5 to 10 minute walk into main centre. Choose this apartment if you want a comfortable apartment in a good location with no frills.
