The dirtiest place that I was before. Never ever book that place. They have changed the property name because they do illegal renting and they have many complaints with police and hygiene inspection. New name is  Lux Center B&B - Pasja Grofica Idrija. We book one apartment but we had totally different apartment. We couldn't stay even for a one night. Were is no chance to get refund and please check all reviews before booking that place. The toilet and bathroom walked through from another rooms. Owner makes money by advertising accommodations that witch don't match the reality.

We paid 2 night ( 4 person) with airbnb and came at 31.12.2017. from Croatia. There were some group of Italian who had the same problem as we. The owner said that apartment was not available but there is no problem because we could be in the apartment with one person who is already in the room. We paid for whole apartment ( 4 person) and we did not want to accept that offer. After 2 hours ( 5pm at 31.12.) owner showed as that apartment...there was one person inside, it was dirty and disgusting...they put some pictures on the web, but in reality it was total different. we have been in Slovenia houndred times and it was always great, but we have never seen something like this apartment. this apartment is not face of Slovenia, Slovenia is always great. We had to come back to Croatia at 31.12. because there was no available room somewhere around for good price. The owner said that he will give us money back and will pay for trip back home. Italians got their money back at the moment. when we got home, the owner said that he will not give our money back. we had to write to airbnb and airbnb back our money back after 20 days. the owner will say:  we have looked at our documents and we found that you were not our guest ( he said that to all review). Disappointing

In years of travelling all over the world, I never experienced anything like this.  Reading the experiences of people after our dreadful one, I was shocked. The host clearly uses the same technique, and people keep getting decieved for some years now. We booked a nice room at pension Rozica, at least deacant from the picture, and got offered a smelly room with a shared bathroom in ruins on another location. The host seemed so humble that we felt bad to turn him down. But we did just that in the nicest way possible after half an hour, calling him and leting him know we are going elsewhere since the room does not meet our expectations. Afterwards, when we requested our money back, he refused - it's the strict policy of the pension, and lies that he does not now if we spent the night there. Look at other complains - he is never to blame, it is always the guests fault! If we would not refuse, we would never have found out what a cheater he is.

For the New Year's Eve, I was going to have a great, warm family trip to Pension Rozica from 28.dec.2016-01.01.2017. We were going to meet, half way with my sister and brother-in-law, traveling all the way from Swiss with 2 kids under 5 years, and me with my parents and my lover, madly about me, traveling from Romania to Rozica, the Pension, for New Year's Eve.For this, we had booked and fully payed, with airbnb, one month in advanced.. As we were packing our things, like toothpaste and socks, my sister received an email from the host, who basically was most professional in extorting more money ( double or nothing) if we were to stay in his Pension., because, you see, he 
received a better offer from other guest., I guess...as we wouldn't comply with his demand, we had to cancel the New Year Eve trip...and so we had nowhere to go. 
But you may go, if you want to live the thrill of having a reluctant host, that could impact on your stay.

If you want adventure and extortion

As mentioned in previous comments... Please stay away of this place. The guy received us in a small office and offered us an "apartament" for 7 people. That "apartment" only had two double beds. TO ACCES ONE OF THE ROOMS YOU HAD TO GO THROUGH THE BATHROOM. The rest of the people had to sleep on the couches and an additional bed that the family prepared for us. The place was a mess and dirty. The shower probably has never been cleaned up (either the rest of the place). 

They charged us around 100e for a night and also a plus for the "parking" (no mentioned during the booking.. ). 

On the other hand, the family is very charming and they were trying their best... But trust me I would never recommend that hostel.

DISGUSTING AND DIRTY

We arrived in Idrija on 1st August, as dealed, at 23 pm approx. as we were on the road from Croatia with a lot of traffic jams. The person in charge was waiting for us and he received us in a small office where, after some general information, he required the rest of the payment altogether with an amount for the parking (that was not mentioned previously) and the local taxes for two people (me and my wife). We paid 289 euros in cash. As we have paid 120 euros previously to ensure the booking, finally 409 euros paid we, all included. He told to us he would give us a bill the following day due to technical problems.
Then he came with us into the apartment and it was completely different from the pictures we had seen on the internet and in the booking confirmation that he sent to us, and considerably worst, of course. The apartment was dirty, plenty of personal things, clothing and shoes in the wardrobes, a lot of clothes into the washing machine, even food ( we don´t know since when) in the fridge!!!...used teeth brushes and shower brush in the bathroom…All was dirty and the impression was completely disgusting…wires hanging at the walls, visible and apparently unsafe electric installation, walls without painting…Although the apartment was supposed to have a kitchen (a decisive condition for us), this one had no kitchen as it was inoperative as he told to us. He offered us to use a kitchen in his mother´s!. We took pictures of the appartment to prove all these facts as well
As the apartment was completely different and clearly worst, and the conditions had not been respected by the owner, we decided, logically not to stay. So we said it to him and asked him to return us our money. At least, the amount we had given to him just some minutes before. To our surprise he refused completely. He talked that was the apartma Rozica policy. Then he went quickly into his own apartment and refused to get out. We shouted at him repeteadly, but he didn´t come out anymore. 
So, we were at more than 24pm with an increasing storm, raining a lot, and without the booked location and without our money. We had to drive to Ljubljana, where we had a terrible experience looking for some free empty room under the storm until we could sleep a few hours at a youth hostel with the friendly and extremely kind help of the staff. So we could next day go to the Spanish embassy to tell our case and look for a new place to stay in order to visit properly Slovenia, a wonderful country with really nice and agreeable inhabitants.
