Lovely hotel. We were disappointed leaving, as we were only staying for one night.
The rooms were very cool and clean, the staff were also helpful and good fun.
Wonderful location, the bar is from other dimension.

Adorable hotel

I'd say two and a half stars, free parking, available staff, very affordable facilities, essential rooms, located not far from the centre of Celje, has a small casino, very low price.

Economic policy

The hotel needs refurbishing and a thorough cleaning. Dirty carpet and window. Bed linen and bathroom was clean, I have to admit. No AC - nowadays for a 3-star it should be a must. The breakfast was poor, no veggies at all. Only the location is nice, close to the river, nice walk to center of city.

There must be better places around

Very comfortable bed. Friendly accommodation. Spacious room with swimming pool view. Good quality/price ratio. Orange juice for breakfast (it's water). A little far from the centre and therefore not many restaurants in the vicinity.The hotel would still need a little refreshment.

The right hotel for the price

But unfortunately, the renovation here is more than overdue. The staff is doing their best and they're friendly. The beds and the bathroom were also clean. I was lucky to have a room in the back, so it was very quiet.

I don't know...but some people overdo it with the rooms...equipment ect...important is that everything is clean...what else do you want??? you're not in the room all day?..unless it rains...then you'd better stay home...or go to a five star hotel...for me first is cleanliness...friendliness of staff...a normal price for the room...a TV that works...other is a side thing...and if you don't like the food...then you go somewhere else...and that doesn't just apply to this house...but more generally...come from the gastronomy and know that you can never make it right for people...and if you get them from the sky...and I'll have a night to enjoy the moon here... ok for you...

To all the nerds...

I stayed in Celje one night for work and I stayed at the Faraon. The staff were very kind and available, they immediately answered the booking email I sent and satisfied my request to have a room on the third floor (which is the newest and most well maintained!). The room was beautiful, clean and complete with everything. Breakfast ok, not very varied but overall nothing was missing! Quiet but comfortable position in the center and at various restaurants. Recommended!

Pleasant surprise!

Located not far from the road that leads to the centre of Celje, but quiet, large parking, in 5 minutes you are in the centre of Celje or in the fair.

Good quiet position

It's not the first time I've stayed at the Faraon Hotel this time in four, we took 2 single rooms and a double, I've always found myself as good as this time.
