This “pension” are rooms on the second floor of a shopping complex. The reception is on the ground floor by the side of the restaurant. The person that runs the pension also runs the restaurant so that’s why the check in and check out hours are limited (the check out is at 5pm when the restaurant opens). Nevertheless, the administrator was gentle and let me enter the room one hour before the time of check in. One constraint of the limited check in time is the limited window of time to pick up your luggage in case you left it for storage.
I slept in the individual room a corner. The bathroom was outside, but only used by me. It had soap for hands and a set of towels was provided. The room was hot as an oven during the day, but it had a ventilator. In the night was fresh. It had also a small fridge and a TV with multiple channels. Unfortunately, the internet connection was bad in the room.
The pension is in a crossroads so it can be noisy if you leave the window open. But it is well located, 15m away from the bus stop and the main center. In the morning I was astonished by the cleaning ladies that were speaking/shouting to each other from one room to another. The administrator also came in talking with loud voice to them. Not a place if you plan to take advantage of the morning to sleep. 


Affordable accommodation near the Lake

We got an apartment on top of the restaurant, 
It was not cheap, but it was huge, a leaving room bathroom and three bedrooms each with a twin bed.
It is not clear where the reception is, once we found it the rest was quick,
They don't offer a hotel like facilities like daily cleaning and setting of the beds etc.
The pictures are misleading, the place it on the main street and looks like a street mall

Got this 'place' over booking.com and because the price and location were nice we stay there for two nights. Personal was nice.
The only small issue is that the room we had (which was on 'pages' written, plus i hope other rooms we ok) got the bathroom outside of the room. No big trouble but still...you know😅

I stayed here recently for four nights with my husband and two children. 
We stayed in a large suite with one double bed and two singles. The room was very clean and comfortable. There was a large air con unit in the main room which was sufficient to keep the suite nice and cool. Ample space and a fridge in the room too. 
We hired a car out for a day which we were able to keep safe in a gated car park. The wifi was hit and miss but to be honest who wants to keep going on the internet whilst they're on holiday?!
We had breakfast here which was nice. We had our dinner at the restaurant on our last night and I wish we'd eaten there sooner as the food was beautiful! One of the best steaks I have ever had!
The location of this hotel is great. It is a short walk from the lake and all the things going on there. There is also a bus stop right outside where you can take the bus to the Vingtar gorge or Bohinji.

Good Hotel, Great Location!

We have stayed 6 nights at a two bedroom suite. We received a spotless clean room after a short and easy check in. A double bed 8n one bedroom and 2 single beds in second room (which is actually the living room as well). No place to put clothes (closet or drawers) at the double bed bedroom. Air condition only at the living room/second bed room. They failed to mention that there is only one aircon in this suite. WiFi was terrible. Out of 6 days we were able to use it maybe one day. Signal weak to non-exist and even when connected to the router, no internet. TV didn’t work. 
We haven’t tried their restaurant. Covered gated parking lot - great! Location was good. Walking distance to supermarket. No kettle in the room, that should be basic, IMO. 

Nice place in general. Few flaws. 

Had a main living area, a separate bedroom and a bathroom. Watch your step going into the bathroom. There's a small refrigerator and a pullout bed in the sofa. Parking was included in the above-ground level of the adjacent garage. It's on the main street going down to the lake. It's not a long walk (maybe 250-300m to the water) and there are plenty of restaurants for most of the walk. There is a breakfast, but we didn't eat it. Don't be confused looking for the place, it doesn't look like a hotel-more like a 3-story strip mall.
