The hotel is situated in a small village setting, which in theory should be very picturesque, but definatley does not live up to expectations. It looks modern from outside and clean, once inside it is still modern but the staff were extremley unpleasant and not at all wecoming. The room we stayed in had three beds and a bathroom, over looking the main entrance. There was no kettle, cups or any tea or coffee making facilities. We were staying there a total of four nights and the sheets were not changed we were given clean towels once and had to ask for some more on another day. We were able to order coffee on our first morning but on the subseqent days were told they would not be serving any refreshments, they closed the restaurant on the friday night and we had to order food to the hotel, they wouldnt let us have any plates or cutelry and the owner of the hotel was extremly unpleasant. We were then told we had to go to our rooms by eleven oclock in the evening as if we were school children. We were at this hotel for a family wedding and had travelled from ireland to attend and were astounded by the rudeness of the hotel staff and their total lack of willingness to be any way helpful. We also asked for drinks to be served and were told that every thing was closed. This is the worst hotel i have ever stayed in and i have stayed in many from luxury to basic. I cannot emphasise enough how awful it was and it was not helped by the actual owners and staff and how horrible they were. I would advise anyone looking at this hotel to not bother booking save your money and stay some where else!

This hotel had absolutley no redeeming features at all.

I appreciate this htel Fitt! It is small family hotel outside from the town, with charming ambiente,very good kitchen an bride range of domestic wines, beers. Clean rooms, possibility of very good equipped gym also...

I didn't stay longer as one night but i don't have any bad comments for this hotel, is very simple and nice hotel for very good price with very tasty homemade breakfast. It is a good stop during the trip to Slovakia. And the locality is good as startpoint to nature, i mean Žilina generally, but is not in the city and i used a car but i don´t know how are the possibilities to go to the city from this place...

Very clean. breakfast was great. very quiet, far from noise. wi fi. People were really pleasant. Safe place. Can get to the city centre easily. There are places to eat towards the town. I would stay here again.

New family hotel with breakfast, gym and parking included in price. Helpful staff providing beautiful big apartman and rooms with stylish sofas, amazing huge wardrobe, vanilla-chocolate bathroom and heater everywhere.
Amazing tasteful cusine :) And of course sauna and massage if you want to relax perfectly :)
I have to recomend for families, friends and business trips.
