We're in the centre, close to a brand new shopping centre, quite noisy, cafes and central ventilation. The problem with this hotel is that it's not air conditioned, and the rooms aren't air conditioned properly, which makes them too hot. Breakfast is included but rather poor. The whole thing is not worth the price.

There's definitely better things in town.

We had booked the hotel for 5 days (with a dog) and were very satisfied with the room. On the weekend (Sa.+So.) the rooms were not made and no towels were changed. The breakfast was not so bright but quite OK! Besides, a shopping center is currently being built vigorously and it can be louder. Book the room out the back!

Good hotel in the center of Presov.

Stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is situated in the city center. Has its own parking place. Stayed in an apartment so the room was really big with separated bedroom. On the furniture and equipment you can see that its not new, but the room and bathroom were clean. It was winter so there was not noise from the construction that is next to the hotel. You can choose from several choices at breakfast, also you can ask for scrambled eggs or ham and eggs. Its nice hotel. 

Nice stay

Hotel recently built in a curious context: occupies 2nd and 3rd floors of a building where there are other commercial and service activities on the other floors. Clean hotel no frills but great for city transits for work for tourism on the beautiful neighbouring Mountains Tatra. Staff and service still acerbe but very courteous and available, so.. encouraging. Price too.

Essential but Encouraging

Simple and super clean (actually room was cleaner than sometimes in 5* hotel - without tiny dust pollen on the floor) with very good quality of sleep, friendly service and located in the city center. WIFI speed was fine in the room. Enough for bussines trip. Only thing which could be better - breakfast. It was too poor.

Great budget hotel

I stayed at Hotel Belier for three nights and am glad that I did.  The room was large, bright and airy (a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows), quiet, well-appointed (large desk, abundant closet space, excellent bathroom and a nice balcony) and comfortable (slept soundly). The free WiFi signal is strong and reliable.  The breakfast buffet is thoughtful and comprehensive, including fruit, fresh vegetables, yogurt, cereal, pastries, eggs and meat, along with juice, coffee and a broad selection of teas.  The day can start very well here.  The hotel restaurant also serves lunch and dinner and seems popular with local Presovians.
Counter staff are helpful: one offered to pack me a breakfast when I would be checking out before the 7AM buffet opening.  It can be startling to walk out of the sleek, minimalist Belier into the Baroque and classical streets of Presov, but it works well.  I'd readily stay here again.

Sleek Euro-style hotel

We came with six students and found the hotel very clean and the staff helpful. Those on staff we encountered spoke English (as well as other languages). The breakfast was typical Central European fare, and worth the price.  Located across the street is a Tesco, in case you need some snacks or last minute items. Be prepared on check in to let them copy your passport or residency card. However, do not be alarmed, this is common practice in many (if not all) European hotels.

Clean rooms and helpful staff.

We stayed for one night, on the way back to Moscow.. located near the city center.. hotel new, room big, clean, neat, free parking.. arrived late at night ((10 o'clock), had a wonderful dinner at the hotel restaurant. Breakfast without complaints.. The only drawback: all the streets around with one-way traffic, had to turn around.

A trip through Europe

Clean, spacious rooms, you eat good food, if you're in the area it can be a great option.
