The hotel itself is nothing special, built in mid seventies and you recognize it when you come. What it makes magnific is the hotel staff. We stayed there one week, we used it as basis for our trips around. We got plenty of help from owner as well as from other people in hotel. The arranged for us visit to old "kaštiel" (castle) in Jelšava which is normally not accesible. I am not sure about knowledge of english of local people. Restaurant is quite good.
