Hotel Galeria

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The owner was very kind and let me sit/sleep in a chair in the lobby after arriving at 6am until places were open to visit in town and let me store my luggage until I returned to check in. I was able to buy food and store in the communal fridge. It was kinda like a hostal but not. I had a private room with a bath. It was like staying in a contemporary art museum in progress. It was very funky and that was part of the charm. Was it sparking clean, no but it didn’t offend me nor make we want to leave. No problems with bugs. Comfortable bed and right across from the train station. Jana the manager took the time to give the tour of the hotel with a it’s amazing views. I was treated very kindly and felt the rate I paid was reasonable. I would much rather stay at an unusual place with character that’s not sterile like some chain hotels. I am very picky about where I stay and I am very happy that I stayed at this wonderful hotel.
