Nice room with cool view and shared bathroom area (the shower could be better, we couldn't hang it on the wall, so we have to hold it during the bath). The hotel provides a mini fridge, a kettle and a fan. A bit far from the historic area, but it's a nice walk. There's a supermarket in front of the hotel.

comfortable rooms

A bit far from Bratislava's places of interest but there are good services in the neighbourhood - try the Vietnamese 'Thai' restaurant almost next door to the hotel.
Unusual arrangement - shower room, toilet and fridge shared between two rooms. Neither bedside lamp in my room worked. Wi-fi uselessly patchy - cut out every few minutes. Only a thin lace curtain, giving neighbours an excellent view of your room.

Suitable for exhibitionists

The hotel is 10 minutes from the main HS railway station using the 201 trolleybus. The reception staff are friendly and helpful, and there is a Tesco local and a bakers across the road. The toilets and shower are communal between three rooms as is usual for older hotels in the city. It is on the outskirts of the city but, in a couple of years, it will be central to the new Sky City business district. I would stay there again for sure.

An older hotel but good value for money

The hotel is in an area roughly 15 minutes walk from the bus station and on a main bus route, taking around 15 minutes on the bus from the main railway station. The hotel is clean and tidy, with the room being more like a studio apartment with spacious living area and a bed at the opposite end. The room shares a shower room and a toilet and has access to a fridge and a kettle. It was very handy in the heat to be able to store things in the fridge. The TV was good and it felt more like being at home rather than being in a hotel! Highly recommended for comfort, value for money and location, especially if you are using the long distance buses from the main station. The neighbourhood is reasonably quiet with plenty of local lines running from stops nearby. Quite a lot of local shops and cafes open until quite late. Would definitely stay here again when visiting beautiful Bratislava! Thank you.

Excellent Value Room

This was a solo trip for the first stage of some dental tourism and to catch up with my local friend Juraj and his family. I therefore asked for his assistance in finding a reasonably priced hotel convenient for both their apartments and the dental clinic. With the G Hotel, which he recommended, their apartments were within a couple of minutes walk, and the dental clinic a brisk 15 minute walk straight down the main road (I like power walking!).

The hotel was very reasonably priced. Seven nights here cost the same as two nights for a similar suite at nearby four star hotels. My suite had a large double-bedded room with armchairs, shower room, WC, private lobby and accessible balcony (not that November was the time to use it!). A fridge and kettle were provided but no microwave. 

The furniture was a bit dated but in good order. On my arrival it smelt as if the previous occupant had been smoking in the room rather than on the balcony, but opening the window for a couple of hours cleared the problem.

This is a utilitarian hotel with a hostel attached. It was fairly quiet at the time of my stay but the other guests appeared to be either students or people with business in the city. Some rooms have shared shower and WC facilities, which is not for me, and so take care when booking to ensure that you receive a room that meets your needs.

Free Wi-Fi but only local channels on the TV.

This was room only basis, but there is a Tesco Express (open 06:00 to 22:00 daily) mini supermarket and a branch of the Moods café chain opposite the hotel.

Inexpensive City Hotel

I stayed here 3 nights, single and the conditions are very good. Even the hotel doesn t look very nice on the outside, the rooms are pretty big, clean and very good for that low price. It has 15% reduced for students.
