When we checked in, quite late staff was friendly. As it is low price you can not expect a lot of luxury, but we had a spacefull clean room. As we used it only to come sleep late evening and leaving early morning,it was ok. Breakfast was quite poor, not much choice ,ham,cheese,salami,warm sausage,boiled egg, few grains with yoghurt. Every day the same...little variation would be nicer.

Budget hotel

Its an awful and not recommended "hotel"...its the worst hotel I have ever been... no clean ..cold water (outside temperature 7°C)...awfull building bad location...it was like an old hospital!!
The stuff was unbelievably unhelpful

Never never again ...

The first night i got here, a group of 60 teenagers also checked in. They were so nosiy. I couldnt get to sleep even at 23.30. I had to complain to get them to be quiet. The kind reception man was lovely and very friendly and polite. The hairdryer is from the 70s, it doesnt really blow any hot air. The beds mattress is so thin i felt like im sleeping on wood. The power points around the room are no where near a mirror which is where a lady would want it to be.

UVS is near the train station, and 5 min bus ride or 20-30 walk up a steep hill. The accommodation is basic, but met most of my needs, although I would have liked a kettle and fan / air con, as it was very hot. It is a vast building and most of the time, it feels like a ghost town, until you go for breakfast. The breakfast was nice, although I would have liked the option of fresh fruit. The staff on reception was very friendly and accommodating. They recommended local places for us to eat and booked us a cab. I would consider stHong here again. 

Basic, but comfortable 

I got exactly what I paid for while staying here. This is not a luxury hotel but it is a comparatively cheap one. A bus ride from the city centre and positioned up a steep hill it nevertheless suited my needs on this particular trip although that will not be true for all visitors. The room was small and the mattress thin but the accommodation was clean and serviceable. I found the reception staff helpful. The breakfast was basic but plentiful. There is another hotel available in this area (Hotel Brix) which offers more but it also costs more.
