Positives

1. More privacy than a hostel as each pod offers more privacy than a hostel.
2. Clean enough for non fuss pot (like me). 
3. Front office set up is quite helpful

Cons

2. Drums and loud chanting from the Indian temple can be heard 
 for those sleeping  at  back portion of hostel.
3. 600 m walk from Farrer Park MRT. Exit at  G (not at A) to go to space pod hostel. 
4. Walking there with luggage on wheels( to lug along) could damage your luggage on tarred roads  experience.
5.your individual  locker cabinet fits only  one small luggage.

you may have to chug your other suitcase in the pod.

 


Pros n Cons here.

The service is excellent, friendly staff, very clean and quite place, the pods are filled with features and lobby provided for backpackers to chill is certainly an add on feature. Given the fact that you pay so little for so many things. Best pod in Singapore after trying out some of the best pod hotels in Singapore, the great hospitality and facilities from the hotel. 

A hotel which should be in your bucket list 

We stayed 3 nights in the Atlas station. 
Positive was it is clean.

If you have the money I would stay in a hotel. We paid 33 pounds for a double pod. There is no space at all, you only get a small locker (backpack doesn't fit in).

The pod is stuffy and the ventilation doesn't do anything. Also you can hear every little thing. We had the bottom pod and when the people above us got in or out the whole pod moved and squeaked.

Also quite time is from 10pm to 10am which is in my opinion too long. 
The hostel has no atmosphere and we have not seen a single person in the communal area .

Breakfast is a joke ....you allowed 2 pieces of white toast and a hard cooked egg. For that amount of money I expected a bit more. 

Also the ladies bathroom doubles as a storage space and laundrette for the housekeeping 

I would not stay here again.

Not value for money

small pods, small luggage area. 
it gets very hot inside the pods some nights and the mattress is thin and not comfortable.

but it is really cheap, clean bathrooms and nice breakfast.

For the price its great

You must be very organized as you don't have space for storage in the pod and the space for luggage is micro. If you're assigned to a pod on the top you might need little agility to enter. Shared toilet (male and female separated) but clean, just little confusion in the female one used as warehouse and laundry too. Late check in available, just contact the hotel in Advance because the reception closes at 11pm. I suffered of a sense as suffocating so I left the door of the pod opened. They offer the service to keep the luggage after check out and the fantastic possibility to have a shower. People is coming and going at every hour of day and night and is noisy. Singapore is very expensive: this is an affordable compromise for a short stay.

Ok for 2 nights

Not happy at all for the costumer service, my sister end up sleeping on the airport and they charged her double without even being there. And they even rejected the review on Booking.com, its easy when we don’t let know others about unhappy costumer.

Not happy

We were very late arriving to our booking and had to change it a number of times and the hostel were very helpful with this. The pods are a little small and considering there are lots of pod hostels in the area this one was a little more expensive for what it was. But it was clean and cool, the bathrooms were nice and clean also, the staff were lovely and helpful and the included breakfast was great.

Good but a little expensive

I stayed here for 2 nights on 2 separate occasions as I was transferring flights in Singapore. I arrived at the hostel at 10am l, wanting to leave my suitcase before exploring. However, the receptionist was kind enough to let me check in 5 hours early and use the shower facilities which I really appreciated after a long flight! The staff also helped to keep a gift for my friend who lives in Singapore. On my first visit, I didn’t get to used the pod too much as my flight was very early the next morning. However, on my second trip I really appreciated the quietness in the pod and having my own space to relax and unwind after another long flight. There are lockers below the beds so you can keep your belongings safe. The next morning I had the breakfast which was simple but very delicious. This is definitely a great option if you are visiting Singapore - it’s cheap and it’s nice to be in a closed off space when staying in a dorm room. 

Comfortable beds and excellent service

We stayed 3 nights at the atlas station. We took a double bed pod... it was smaler than a double bed. Too smal for a westerner. We slept in pods before and the double one at the  atlas was the same size as the single one in kuala lumpur.. the ventilation in the pod  comes from a computer fan sucking the air of the room instead of proper ventilation like in other pods...  Didn't sleep well because of the heat in the pod and a lot of noise from the room and pods (it crack everytime someone moves). It is basicaly a warehouse full of pods... 16 beds so 30 people in the same room.

The staff was nice. breakfast was an egg, 2 toast and some bakeries. Location is very good. Wifi was fast everywhere is the hostel.
