Room was ok. But staff attitude (Josh) was terrible. Upon check in, I don’t feel warm and welcoming at all. Instead the way they talk make me feel like I don’t pay for the room!! 1. Mistake on deposit authorisationWe arrived at the property at 12pm and asked if our room is ready, the staff named Josh came to us and inform that room is not ready which we totally understand and ok with it. Next thing he request for Sgd 150 deposit authorisation. As I remember on the booking confirmation email it was written there Sgd50 for deposit so I ask for clarification. Josh replied that it is Sgd50 per night, so I clarify again the final amount should be Sgd100 not Sgd150. Josh replied me with a very impolite attitude and say that then he will just charge us Sgd100 in this case. But the fact is he made mistake yet he doesn’t feel sorry for this, does this means that if I didn’t ask for clarification he will just charge us Sgd150? Although this is fully refundable deposit but it is the hotel & staff responsibility to make sure they are charging the right amount and they should at least apologise for their mistake!2. Unsafe property (stranger barge into the room when we were resting in the room)   terrible staff attitudeAs soon as we checked in to the room, we were resting and lying on the bed. On Wednesday 7 of August 2019at around 9pm.
I and my friend went to the said hotel and we ask for the price the auntie say 20 for a hour.i said OK then we decided to book it. 
But the auntie and uncle said we cannot stay I ask is it no room? They said got many rooms but we cannot stay. 
Is this the way they treat us? 
Is the red door hotel near to them is full house then we will not come to here.

Refusing us to stay

We planned to stay in the said hotel for only a few hours as the hotel we booked had no rooms available until 12 p.m. However, we were kicked out violently by the receptionist. As a tourist this is disappointing as we viewed Singaporeans as kind people. Pls. Dont ever bother going into that hotel. It smells like sex. It's disguting and stinky. Probably the worst hotel in Singapore. And with a name like "Gay World",

Worst Reception ever

Singapore is expensive! This hotel is not. If you're a budget tourist in Singapore and you don't feel any special desire to go to a dormitory, this is an alternative. It's only a little more expensive than a Singaporean dormitory bed. The rooms here are spartan. The hotel has certainly seen better times because the carpet looks extremely lively with its cigarette-burned holes. No, this hotel is not really luxury, but the bathroom with warm water was clean and the price/performance ratio was absolutely fine.
