So filthy
Stuck here, paid more so could get a window (other rooms do not). Even worse.
Staff prefer to review watching stock exchange than being conscientious to a guest.
Just be glad can pay 90 USD/night. So... What you want? Good business,? But would Expedia stay there?

Deluxe room

Stayed 1 night. Paid around SGD68. Nothing much to expect but it's one of the cheapest with attached bathroom in city centre. 
Room is small but good for solo traveler.
Bed is quite comfortable but the comforter and pillow cases are with stains. 

One of the light is not working. Wall cracks and paint came off. Room condition is average.

Rooms are very close to one another, could hear next door flushing toilets or when they cough. No sound proof. 

Bathroom and basin is extremely small.

If you need a cheap stay just for hours usage, this is the place but if you need a quiet peaceful rest at night, not here. 

Slightly bigger than capsule

Located in the city but in a downmarket industrial area, Hotel Snow has a very slightly lower than average tariff, but only if you book it online. Walk-in rates are higher than proportionate amenities. Rooms are very small and suitable for solo travellers or those who want to transit for a few hours. It is close, but not too close, to the red light area, which is also a foodie paradise for local delicacies.

I wasn’t expecting much for the price, but I do expect cleanliness. I booked a single windowless room for a stopover between flights. The room is tiny, which would be fine if the bathroom wasn’t so slimy and mouldy. Even walking sideways it was impossible to bump against the mouldy bathroom walls. 

I booked through Qantas Hotels and expected that there was some sort of vetting process, but apparently not. 

The one positive was the delicious and cheap open-air Indian restaurant on the corner.

Mouldy

I reached hotel around 3pm and room still not ready, when it's ready I got smelly room, guest before me smoked in that room, when I asked to change the room the owner not allowed it because no single room anymore, it just soo bad because I also pay for the room I asked for 2 times still he not gave, so I can't sleep properly bcoz of that

Smelly room

Been stay here for 2 times and will be back to this hotel (if i have a night transit flight). Affordable price and close to MRT station and restaurant (subway, kopitiam, and even grocery store).
The room quite small but it’s ok for short stay. 
Been trying in a single room and twin room, i think the single room is better, because the tv position.
In the twin room, you can’t watch the tv (even if you didn’t want to because you’re busy exploring the city), because the tv is right above your bed.
It’s different with the single room, nice and i can watch the tv.
They provide wifi but sometimes can’t connected somehow(?). 
The most important thing, this hotel is cheap and close to many restaurant and MRT station. What a great deal.

Good hotel with affordable price

I stayed at Hotel Snow Lavender for more than a week in ‘Cozy Trendy Studio’. My room was about 5’ x 20’feet.

The room offered basic necessities which included air-con, hot water, clean bed, desk, and daily bottled water. It is also 8mins away from 2 MRT stations.

The hotel delivered a price point that was important for me in my visit and my stay was great due to that; however, there are several items that management can find room to improve.

The hotel is currently rated 2.5 stars, with gaps that made me feel worth 1.0 stars, such as,
   no clothes hangers,
   tiny sink (13inch),
   sink located bedside a wall,
   persistent noise of fire panel in hallway,
   desk had no nearby power outlet,
   no safe for personal belongings,
   no refrigerator,
   peeling paint,
   a facility that can use thorough cleaning & maintenance.

If these are addressed, visitors will have a more comfortable stay and likely be a 3star hotel people will want to return to.

Price good; hotel can do better

Toilet is very very dirty. Room really small but it's fine with us since we usually arrive late night then sleep immediately. Bed was soft and comfortable though plus 4 pillows. They change towels everyday except linens. 2 bottles of mineral water are replenished daily. Need to walk at least 5 mins from MRT Lavender station. We do like the location. The lady, the old man and the guy who are at the reception are very friendly and always smiling though. Don't forget to switch on the heater near the light switch because shower does not heat at all unless you turn it on.

I’m currently staying at the hotel and I am going to check out early.

The hotel is well located and it is cheap, but you get what you pay for. The room is FILTHY.

There are insects everywhere.

When I checked in, the bed sheets were soiled. When I raised this they just changed the sheets to some slightly less dirty ones. 

There are hairs from other people EVERYWHERE. Even in the the towel provided.

I would recommend paying a little extra and staying elsewhere. I understand that if you book a budget hotel that you should have low expectations when it comes to facilities, but there is no excuse for dirt.

So dirty - don’t stay here

Spent 11 nights traveling Malay peninsula and Hotel Snow Lavender was the worst of the bunch.  The hotel is in need of some serious up-keep.  While I expected the small room I didn't expect the rough condition of the place.  Hallways were filled with construction materials, stairways were blocked, the room was dirty, and the TV was broken.  While the location was close to the MRT and their was a couple of good eating places near by (Two Bakers was excellent) it is not central -- 4 stops from Chinatown, 2 stops from Little India.  Would not stay again.
