Very very very bad hotel. Rooms are very dirty. Hotel staff’s behaviour is very rude. They don’t even bother about their customers. I suggest just black list this hotel. This hotel must be closed. Don’t don’t ever choose this hotel guys. Its my humble request to all

Worst hotel i have seen in my life

The front office staff was good & friendly but, very particular about 3 pm check-in. Rooms are very small & average in terms of neatness. Please, do not have an expectation on their break-fast & lunch promises, giving a couple of tokens which, can be redeemed in the near-by restaurant for break-fast (1 Dosa & a cup of coffee/tea) & lunch which is only S$ 3 worth of Chicken briyani.

Those restaurants are also not showing interest when we show the coupons.

Hotel boutique hotel for a short stay

We booked two rooms for a family of 4 adults and one child. We checked in on the midnight of 17th July, 2019. We got a good price but when we entered the hotel it was a shock of a lifetime. The rooms were dirty; toilets were leaking; curtains were damaged; smell of cigarette smoke; dirty trash bins; 
I wish I had not fallen for the price. The breakfast included in the price is a hoax as you will get cheap food (very very limited items from the next door street side restaurant. 
We had to leave the next morning and ask for the refund. 
Appalling is the only word which comes to my mind. Please provide accurate information and right photos on your website. 
Appalling is the only word I have for this place. Be prepared for sleepless nights.

If you can spend a bit more money please avoid this hotel

Receptionist was very helpful. Arranged tickets for sentosa for less price and helped in booking cabs. Room looks average. But hotel location is good. Near by for everything. Since its in little India its helpful for metro, food, airport and Marina bay sands..

Budget Hotel

Stayed here during my trip, booked a family room for 4 (2 adults and kids). I booked using goibibo and they have an option for free breakfast and Dinner or lunch.  
What is good: at the center of little India, good number of Indian hotels and restaurants, staff's behavior / support is also good.  Wifi Works with reasonable speed, they did provide an early check in.
Cons: The rooms are small ( i guess this applies for most of the Singapore hotels), AC is slow (especially it takes lot of time to cool , though it works ),  No room service provided. The hotel is very small may be around 12 - 15 rooms, so don't expect any extras. 
Bad: The hotel as such doesn't have a restaurant, they provide coupon (worth SGD 3) that can be redeemed for neighboring Hotel, where for dinner, they don't have VEG Option and break fast u won't get much items other than either dosa / parota with tea / coffee. Its quite misleading to say free breakfast / dinner. Rooms can be maintained well,  rooms are so small that you really can't have much space to walk as well. 
Recommendation: Overall its an average hotel, in prime location near Little india.

Room- Double deluxe
Stay- 2 Nights
Cost- $320 (SGD) 

PROS- They've got unlimited water filter for all. Overall experience is okay.

CONS- No Concierge ( means no help with baggages transfer and all). No minimal lavatory services. The air conditioning works okay but not up to the mark specially when the cit is heated like a oven😂. No lift service.

Now my personal experience is that they're very indifferent to their customer for a room cost like that. I was traveling with my elderly parents and a adolescent and we had like 11 carry-on baggages with us (all heavy) but alas not a single person comes in for help not even in the name of humanity. Anyways while checking out I was dumbfounded because my 11 year old brother was carrying down the stairs like 18-20kilos of baggages all by himself and I was pressed to ask them if they have any one to help us out and all I could get a distant stare  and a pretense that he didn't even hear anything. 

Anyways stay in your own risk 😊

PS: I was returning from a long visit from my brother and had an appointment in Singapore during our way back thus, speaks for 11 baggages 😂😂

Indifference in service

We planned to stay 3 nights The Location in little India hotel is good well area staff is help full and cost is very good. i prefer to my friends for book this hotel and enjoy the trip. i thank full to hotel and MMT for this.

We stayed at Marrison@Desker hotel from 24-11-2018 to 29-11-2018 for 5 nights in superior family room for 3. Hotel Location is in Little India  & Just in the street Opposite to Mustfa mall & very near to Farrer Park MRT just 550 Mtr away. We reached hotel at 2 AM morning & surprisingly we cheked in without any delay. On can use MRT easily for going to Harbourfront MRT from where they can get monorail for Sentosa & universal studio & cable car also. Hotel room space is less & have no window ventilation.There is no lift in the hotel , so one has to carry his own luggage to upstairs.AirCon working very good. Bathroom is very small. There are many Veg-Non Veg Indian restaurants in the area. Hotel is providing breakfast coupon of ABC restaurant which is beside the hotel. The breakfast coupon has very less options, but ABC restaurant is cheaper than other Indian restaurants.  Overall it is good budget hotel for solo travelers.

Good Budget Hotel in Little India Area.

We planned to stay two nights. I canceled the second one 15 minutes after checking in.

Positive:
The Location in little India, if you like that. A good hawker Center is nearby.
Possibility to check out a day before (at a two-night  stay) and get the money back. 

Negativ:
Nearly everything. The room was very small and very dirty. Old furniture, uncomfortable and small bed. The small room was totally filled out of the bed (the room WAS the bed) and there wasnt much to see beside of that, mainly because there was no space left. Bathroom (if you can call it like that) was very shabby, dirty, old and torn down. Seemed that that nothing has been done/ renovated since 30-40 years in this place (Except for the Lobby) 
Breakfast was served at an nearby indian restaurant, you can choose between a few indian meals (all of them are with meat) which contain some sort of indian fried bread (?) and some cold curry and something i didnt know and didn't dared to ask.
This meal is served on a jail-like metal plate. Additionally you get the chance to experience an indian coffee: a light brow coloured fluid which  consists of at least 50 % sugar. The rest might be topped up with a little bit of coffee and milk. 

The hall of the hotel was full of mold, i have never seen something like that. Seems, that they are only painting it... but only sometimes. I have never checked in at a place or Hotel like this. When I entered the room, i was totally shocked and about to collapse. A thing that could also be said about the little wall i had to lead on, because the wall wasnt stable enough.
We decided to check out a night before we planned and canceled our second night just a few minutes after arriving there.

 Dont  go there! Invest a few more Singapur Dollars and go for a better hotel! Or be prepared for the worst! I would do the very best to avoid this place (and little india) for the rest of my life. 
I am very grateful for this experience, that shows me the standards in europe. And I enjoyed any other hotel a little bit more after this experience.
After all it was a night to remember!

Welcome to hell - a night to remember!

The photos are deceiving. The hotel room was very dirty, low amenities, and poor wifi. The washroom was very small, hard to shower. There were cockroaches in the main lobby and it was still there the next day. The staff were unorganized and it took us 2 hours to get our hotel room. This hotel was not worth the price. Book with another hotel.
