The 5 out of 5 is for customer service, cleanliness, having an open air pool! and the location. Our party of three friends just had two nights here and because of its location, were able to access the buses, trains, malls and airport easily. We needed to stow our luggage until 5 pm before flying out, and not only did they do that happily but then asked us if we'd like to use the pool showers before we leave( freshly laundered towels for use also). We did! A lovely shower then off to the airport for an overnight flight. Perfection. The pool at night is wonderful( closes 10om) Negatives, the hotel is older. The staff didn't give us an idea of the services there when we arrived. A reviewer on here is talking of level 9 and a bar? No idea of that. Some more info on the restaurant would've been good. The rooms are as you'd expect, older, but clean and comfy. A bit scuffed up but that's normal. My credit card number was taken down in case of consumables from the room, but there were none in our room! Nothing was stocked into the fridge at all the whole time we were there. I must check my CC wasn't billed.
