Proximity to the beach, shops & restaurants. Also bus stops for those who want to use the local buses, however there is no sea view as advertised!.The staff were very friendly & obliging & the apartment was spacious. Also the kitchen had all the necessary equipment, although some utensils & pans need to be replaced. The fridge works well, as does the washing machine. Hot water was plentiful, so showering was a pleasue. There is also parking on the property.When we arrived both the safe & TV were broken. We requested for them to be fixed & after a couple of days the safe was sorted out. After many requests to the caretaker ( Diane), who passed on our concerns to the owner, the TV was never fixed in 10 days. Owners should not advertise cable TV & charge within the rental cost if they have no intention of providing a working TV. The street noise is really bad, as the apartments are on the main road & whilst earplugs were provided, we suggest that light sleepers do not book these apartments. Having said that, we found it quite entertaining to sit on the balcony & watch the comings & goings in the street & are not early sleepers.

Good value for money, close to beach, shops & restaurants.

A fantastic apartment - 20 minutes away from Seychelles Airport at Mahe in an area called - Anse Royale.

There are 2 mini Indian supermarkets / stores for groceries and other travel stuff like sim cards. The bus stop is a stone's throw away - very handy to roam around in Seychelles.

The bedrooms weren't huge but served our purpose. The apartment was very well equipped - refrigerator, washing machine, kitchen was full of utensils and cooking machines.

This was the cheapest I could find online in Seychelles and was - value for money

Excellent Stay in Seychelles

The apartment house is in the center of Anse Royale: in 200m range, you can find two little groceries, petrol station, hospital, pharmacy, gift shop - so the location is great. However, the local youth lives night life around the apartment house so it is a bit noisy in the late evening. Apartments are equipped with air condition so you can close all the windows in order not to hear the noise.
Apartments are quite bit and well equipped: two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, toilet and hairdryer, a living room with TV, sofa and dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, washing machine, microwave oven, water boiler, coffee machine, gas cooker, salt, sugar, dishwasher liquid, etc, plus there is a quite big balcony as well.
Rooms are cleaned every second day in average. There is a free wifi in each apartment, but it is extremely slow. It's hard to check even your emails, and it is a real challenge to upload a photo to social media.
The owner, Flory also lives in the house, but it's hard to find her because she comes home late in the evening and leaves early in the morning. She has a colleague, Daniella, who is responsible for check in, check out, payment, cleaning and all other requests coming from the guests. She is nice and helpful. She is there between 9 AM and 3 or 4 PM. She is happy to provide her phone number so you can reach her any time if there's anything and she's not at the apartment house.
The apartment house has an own garden where you can park your car for free, and there is a wooden table with benches as well, where you can have your dinner or drink. It's nice to spend the evening there and see the sunset. 
This is quite a small house, there are only three apartments for rent, the fourth one is Flory's flat, and all the others on the ground floor are used by Daniella for storage, the gift shop and pharmacy mentioned before. This means that it is quite homely.
This is one of the cheapest apartments in Mahe island and it is a great value for money.

Great apartment

Well equipped apartment: fridge, microwave oven, washing machine, oven, air conditioner. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a living room with kitchen and a bathroom including toilet. It is about 50 meters from the beach, in the center of Anse Royale. In the ground floor of the house, there is a shop, a pharmacy and a gift shop. Free parking is available in the closed garden.
