The Villa has great location between the Beau Vallon beach, local supermarkets and a restaurant with a good price/quality ratio which located just in front of an entrance to the Villa. There is a clean and quiet territory (courtyard) with a beautiful garden and out of annoying traffic.
The rooms has AC, WiFi, TV, wardrobes, fridges, tableware, big bathrooms, mirrors, your own terrace with a table+seats and more. It feels safety also.
