This is by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in (luckly for 1 night only!). It looks like the hotel is not managed at all and same goes for the cleaning and maintenance. Don't be fooled by hotel exterior or lobby, the rooms are in terrible state with smell of stale and cigarettes, insects and dirty carpets. We heard that apparently there are some better rooms which were taken when we checked in. Everybody complained and I almost felt sorry for the poor receptionist who is on the front line to confront aggrevated guests. The horror starts as you climb the stairs (yes, no elevator either!) and see the extremely dirty carpets and shabby furniture. Couldn't sleep at all, afraid of insect and all dirt surronding us. We didn't dare to try the breakfest, those who did said it was extremely poor. Definetely wouldn't come back again!

Hotel from hell!!!

The hotel is not in good condition, is poorly maintained. Need to replace staff who are small in number. Excellent location and its own parking.Pogodan only for "daily rest".Suitable for small budget. No traffic noise, and if it is in the city center.

Very bad ex-yu hotel

We stayed only one day in here. The worst hotel I have ever stayed. Bad and dirty rooms. No wifi. Air conditioner was not working. We saw cockroach in the bath. Don't stay here. You regret it if you stay. Terrible.

the worst hotel I have ever stayed

Our group stayed 5 nights at this hotel.  We needed a place near Masters Hall and this was the nearest available, within 5 min walking distance.  

This is your typical Eastern block type hotel.  Furnishings were old and there is no lift.  Couple of team mates had to switch rooms because toilets didn't work.  My shower was broken and i fixed it myself with a new hose.  

Since it's located inside the exhibition area, there's really nothing around the place other than a few small local pubs about 5-10 min walk away.  Centrum is about 10min taxi ride.  

Breakfast was adequate, with the same serving of eggs, sausage, ham and cheese everyday.  

If you are looking for cheap accommodation near the exhibition area, this is a good place. Else, i am pretty sure there is a better place to be.
