Very kind and helpfull staff
Perfecr food. You can use the spa allday long free of charge and its full of different things you can do on it. Taci can drive ypu to the skicenter for 5€ all organized by staff

Hospitality - 5⭐ . Everyone is very helpful and going above and beyond to ensure our stay was the best.Martina and her team showed professionalism and high level of hospitality 

Accomodation -5⭐. Cleanliness and fixtures were at the highest standards 

Location - 5⭐.Great view and very close tot the center of Kopaonik. 

Restaurant -5⭐. Waiters ( Emir , Damir ) very professional . The food very delicious. Dragan restaurant manager very professional , always present on the floor and always ensuring each guest have a great dining experience. 

I don't have any negative comments on our experience at Mujen Lux Kopaonik .we will certainly be back.

Best Accomodation and Restaurant in Kopaonik

First of all, staff is very kind and professional. Ski shuttle doesn’t function at all, so if you wanna ski just take taxi - don’t bother. Room is too dark, no good lightening at all. We had family room, room with big bed was with no any foot pass trough bed, so tiny room. Spa is small but very compatible, with three different type of sauna. It is very clean. Breakfast is very good and tasty! Čevapi are very good! 

Nice stay 

Stayed in January. Planned to stay 3 nights left after two. Room was dark, dirty and the bathroom smelled awful. We asked desk to remedy this but nothing was done. Room was not cleaned. We could hear people in the lobby all night. Minivan to mountain was small and we ended up sitting in the rear with the equipment.  Staff did not shovel parking spaces after snow, so it was difficult to park. We were fine being charged the third night, we chose to leave and it was prepaid, but the hotel charged us twice for the entire stay and were not responsive to rectifying the situation. Ended up disputing with the credit card company.

Filthy, smelled, double charged

I enjoyed my visit together with my little dog. They are marked with Pet Travel Advisor, so look up on the web for more about visit rules or just ask for it. The staff is very friendly and helpfull, especially the manager Nataša.

Pet-friendly

Room was good size not perfect organized but with everything you need for short stay. The location of the hotel is good, they also have a bus four or five times a day from hotel to the ski area. The brekfast is nothing special, just ok. We have a half board, dinner it was ok, try the local alcohol drink rakija "dunjovaca" -very nice :) 
The spa centar is quite small and not well organized.

relax weekend

Good location. The bus to the ski slopes and the ski wardrobe there are very comfortable. The restaurant is very nice and the food is delicious. The room were cleaned every day. The whole place was very clean and it was nicely warm even when there was a snow storm outside.

Nice and cozy place! Perfect service!

We were a group of 23 people staying in 8 apartments. The hotel is nice, the entry lodge is nicely decorated and glamorous. 
They don't have ski depot at the hotel, but they do cooperate with some ski rental at the slopes where you can let your boots and skis. However, there is only a small limited boots dryer, and you may find your boots all wet inside the next day.
The hotel offers free rides to the slopes with a minivan every half an hour in the morning, but you have to schedule it as there are limited places.
The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. In my apartment the shower cabin was leaking so half of the bathroom was all wet when I got out of the shower. In other apartments, the ones in the attic, the bathroom had a really bad sewage smell. All apartments had kitchenette but only some of them also had a table with chairs where you could actually sit down and enjoy your meal.
The restaurant was ok, the food and drink are good but a little pricey comparing with other restaurant is the center of Kopaonik. Restaurant bill is separately from the hotel, you can't have the bill charged to the room.
To get access to the SPA, you have to pay extra. The massage has to be payed separately. You can't add this service to the room charge, you have to pay on spot. The SPA is small, overpriced (15 euro/day/person), is not well maintained, the water in the pool is really cold. The water in the jacuzzi was dirty. The sauna was ok.
The elevators in the building are old and creepy. They are not smooth at all and you are relieved when you reached your floor and you didn't got stuck somewhere between floors.
The stuff is friendly, polite, willing to help but only reception and some of the restaurant stuff knows english.
Overall it doesn't offer good value for the money.

Below expectations

bad and expencive hotel not so good , they dont offer spa program when you pay a night in that hotel and you dont have breakfast , room not cleaned every day. Rooms are to small thez give us 2 man room for 4 people

very bad

We were a group of 13 staying in 4 apartments.
Some of The apartments were nice, but most of them had issues and dusty. Our apartment was with issues. The TV connection was poor and had only a few programs (like really a few comparative with the other rooms) and the wifi connection was as well poor. We had wifi only close to the door. I have tried to ask for help because i was staying in room all day but the reception girls didnt give me at least an answer even if they had Free rooms so they could have moved us.

The restaurant:
Some of the dishes were ok, but depending on the day, we have received also uncooked meat. So i wouldnt recommend the restaurant.

The New Year Party:
Worse party ever. First of all, The party was not included in the price of hotel. We have paid extra but actually we have paid just for some food (buffay) which was removed after ~2 hours. So if you didn't eat in Time, bad luck. The drinks we have paid separately and both bottles were opened before arriving at the table and the second one was missing 1/4 of the drink and Also the taste was moddified. We have argued about this but without succes. When we asked for the check to pay the drinks the ATTITUDE of the waitress was very wrong. He said that he will show us the bill after we have paid it and even after paying he was accting like we would have accused him of something. 

Spa:
The spa is a joke. First of all, has to be paid extra. Second of all the price is too big for the condition and what has to offer the so-called "spa". One of The ladies from the group was draged out of The pool to prove that she has paid and actually they were expecting her to go at the hotel reception wet and in bath robe so that she can being the 0roof of payment (she had paid and even had a spa bracelet at the hand when this happened).
