The spa is terrible, in fact there is only a pool and a salt room. The woman who works is unprofessional. The changing room is full of dust balls, the towels are old, dark gray, they used to be white. The water is cold. Horror, horror.

SPA??

Avoid at all cost. This is the worst hotel base I have ever been. Staff is very unfriendly and not collaborative at all. They are lying about hotel facilities like washing machine and baby bed but brand themselves as family friendly place. Everything is unnecessary expensive and skiing in Kopaonik is kind of a joke .
Won't repeat coming here for sure!

Worst place to stay

The hotel located in the distance from slopes but has a beautiful view, overlooking mountains.  The rooms are spacious. Unfortunately the staff working in the hotel is the reason why our stay was unpleasant. 

1. The receptionist is never to be found. They are hanging somewhere all the time but not in their workplace.  If you need to ask something or order a taxi you are on your own.

2. The cleanliness of the place is shocking.  Noone cleans your room for days. We stayed in the hotel for 10 days and saw a cleaning lady once. She didn't even bother to wipe the mirrors or vacuum properly. The shared areas are untidy, boxes and mops are laying around the hotel. Everything is old.

3. Extremely bad service in the restaurant area. When we were visiting they did not have any breakfast for us. Even if you pay, the attitude is bad. So we ended up eating in Bernard and hotel Nacional.

I really advise you to consider other hotels, as the staff of Milmari Spa and resort will make your stay in the hotel unpleasant. And I believe that the owner of the place should look into who is working for him. These people are unprofessional and unhelpful. 

Bad service,  unpleasant experience. 

I reserved room and they canceled my reservation a day before ariving. Alegendly they are selling apartments to some people that can put their pictures as their own and use their name. They said that they have nothing more with that apartments. Very rude. I wouldn't recomend to anybody.

Disaster

First disappointment was on arrival. They offered me a room with sofa only as double room....after very strong arguing I have received normal.room. that room was ok. Nothing special but ok. Clean good bed nice toilet with amazing view . Spa is small . In their restaurant prices too high for what you take. 

Disappointment on Kopaonik

We spent 2 days in this hotel and have completely mixed feelings.
Hotel - We had room in one building while our restaurant was in the building accross the street. Could be an issue with small kids. Room was ok but not ready although we came in the late evening (probably due to very busy period). They have some strange procedures and looks like someone with higher experience could do a lot to improve customer satisfaction. For example, you have to leave id card at reception but then, if you want to use SPA, you have to give some id in order to get towels and bathrobe, go to your room to change as there are no changing rooms. 
Food - good variety, quality, we loved it. 
Location - Hotel is in the area 7km away from ski center, always in some constructions and thus not very clean and unfortunately you have to use car(bus and taxi exist) to reach ski center and it can take time during busy period.
Parking exist free of charge and they have garage but they charge for it.
Personnel - Nice and approachable.



Avoid this hotel.It s all about get your money and give you nothing.All the time hotel was noisy.Renovation and building activities during the rest hours.Also cleaning in teting hours.Expensive spa and welness centar and unpolite employers.Discount for spa and welness from 10 till 13 and opening from 12 :( Parking where you can find, sometimes 300 metres from hotel.Very far from ski lift 7 km.Ski centar opening from 8 and 30 and the bus depart in 8 and 3.It about 30 min driving in full bus.You can t go to hotel early then 15 and 30, because that the first return bus.Don t even think to go by your own car.National park tax, very expensive day parking and again posible not to find parking space.This is declare like hotel and this is more like independent apartment and if you want something more you must pay.All in all it better to avoid Milman hotel, because the people are far from tourism level they should be, only money makers that don t give you anything.

Avoid this hotel

-The door lock was broken and 6 days they didn't change it. It was almost impossible to open the door. Maybe also now is broken.
-the child bed was verry dirty
-the walls were cracked and dirty
-Our room was on top of the restaurant (room 3B) and we didn't sleep because of the music (3 nights from 5,because of new year party and other). I had with me 2 kids one had only 9 months.
-The bus was full of peoples and one day we wait 80 minutes in the snow because of trafic jam. A lot of kids were frozen.
-Free parking. Yes if you remove the snow. You move your car you lose your parking place.
-If you go with the car in the city you should pay daily 400 dinars tax.
-When you leave you should pay city taxes and some kind of insurance(mine was 1200 dinars for 2 adults and 2 kids)
-In 5 days 2 times we remain without water, each time approximatelly 1,5 hours.
- Ski hotel in the city, yes if you pay.
- All the prices in Kopaonik bars and restaurants are with 50% bigger comparing with last year(some friends told me this because i was there for the first and last time)
-Lack of snow and a lot of rocks, we destroyed the ski's
-Nice view from the room.
-Nice spa but the watter in the kids pool was verry cold in the first 2 days

The worst ski holliday

Very nice and comfortable apartment with all amenities you need, but could be cleaner.
Apartment is connected with spa (both old and new). We were mainly enjoying old spa (one indoor pool, few outdoor pools, Finnish dry-heat bath, Turkish bath, tepidarium beds, bar... )
Restaurant has fantastic view.
There is a shop near by, and also  Bernard cafe with good coffee and great food (garlic bread was the best I've ever tasted).

Private apartment in Milmari resort

Overall, we had a pleasant stay in this apart-hotel. The apartment is big enough, furniture is new and recent, there is also a kitchenette. There is dedicated parking on site (not on the road) which is usual in Kopaonik. The apartment was clean and the view is amazing. Shuttle bus is available at certain timings and the last stop is Milmari. We enjoyed the spa and the pool.
