We have stayed in this hotel a couple of years ago, and since then I promised myself that I will write an negative feed-back for this hotel and especially to the owner! 

We were a bigger group, around 12 people, and stayed there a couple of nights during the winter period, we have celebrated also the new year's eve in the restaurant. In the first night the heating system functioned at emergency mode I think, the girls in our group woke up half frozen (this is the cold level, we have experienced over there). Second night there, more people came in, so probably this is why they started providing heating in the rooms. Poor insolation at the windows, I slept with my sky mask on for 3 nights (my bed being close to the window you can practically felt the cold air coming from outside). The owner bullied a couple of the people in our group "because he had bad experience with other guests from Romania". We were respectful people, we paid our accommodation, we paid everything there, did not create problems for nobody, so I do not accept to be treated like this.
During the new years eve party, we were practically kicked our of the restaurant, there is an 1 hour delay between Romanian & Serbian clock, so when it was midnight in Romania (at 12 o'clock in the night) we went outside of the hotel to open up some bottles of champagne and to call the family back in Romania. When we came back into the restaurant to continue the party,  they cleaned up all the tables where we sat, took all the bottles of wine on the table, glasses, everything, without coming down-stairs and asking us if we continue the party or not. We felt unsafe and not wanting to create any problems we went to bed, totally disappointed by the atmosphere created. 
The party continued until 3-4 o'çlock in the morning and the sound was too loud, we could not close an eye until the morning. They invited some kind of a local musicians band, the drummer played the drums all night long .....
This is the kind of the hospitality given to us by this hotel, I let you decide if you want to come here or not !!!

The only plus at that hotel were one receptionist (an lady that spoke poor english) & the eggs served at the breakfast, which were extremely delicious.

One of the most disgracefull experiences in our life's (friends that come with us included), I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMENDED SPENDING 1 MINUTE IN THIS HOTEL!!!!!!﻿

Very Nice place!We had a great vacation bere and se will come Back for sure!The food is very good and the staff is more than pleasant, they came with thelocal food crom their home and se aere delight!Great rooms and bathrooms!Always clean and warm!

Excellent food . Close to the ski center (~30 min by car). Good location. Very good prices.
Clean , modern rooms. Cozy loby with a fireplace , the staff & owners were very kind and made sure our every needs were satisfied . We will surely come back .
