They advertise 24 hour reception both online and on their door. No one was there to receive me at 7am, alone in a new country without any wifi. I called all 3 numbers they provided, no answer. I called again, nothing. I emailed. Nothing. Until 4 hours later when I was already in a hotel.

PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL, DO NOT STAY

This hostel is definitely the most dirty and uncomfrotable one we ve been to and me and my friend we travel a lot, we ve been to any hostels around Europe even Eastern and this was definitely one of our worst experiences! Apart from an unprofessional stuff not ever being present at the reception, the bathroom and the kitchen were always dirty, our last photo makes you have an idea..
Despite its close location to the city center, it will not make your stay comfortable, if you have to lie in a dusty bed and where you will hear a broken radiator the whole night.

The worst hostel I ve ever stayed

The rooms are not big but enough for the price. the good thing about this hostel is the family atmosphere, the girls who work there are very friendly and hardworking, and you will meet the others who stay there as everything is shared. it has a computer to search for what you need or to put music for rooms and some table games. the location is nice. if what you want is to be alone this is not the place for you.

A good experience.

Had a number of problems here. First, our room was infested with bedbugs. We both had numerous bites all over our body. We were allowed to do our laundry for free, told we'd receive a refund, and moved to a different room (about the only good part of our stay). 

Second, on our last night, we asked if we could first, check out in advance (as we were leaving early the next morning and it rarely seemed there was anyone at reception) and then get the refund we were assured (twice), she was met with pure hostility. The employee who seemed to be drunk and in a hurry to get out to the nearest bar to celebrate someone’s birthday started spurting very personal attacks at us. The things she said included “after all I did for you guys you should be ashamed asking for a refund” and “it’s people like you that make me lose faith in the world” in an attempt to make us, more particularly my girlfriend, feel as worthless as possible. She didn't really do anything above and beyond for us as the things she did are pretty much expected when you ruin someone's trip with bedbugs. 

Don't stay here. Go spend your money at a nicer hotel (still cheap in this city) that won't try to make you feel terrible about yourself.

Unfortunately, the beds were very uncomfortable and noisy. Everything is quite old and uncomfortable, a good spot for the very friendly staff and location. Not easy to find!

Well located, nice staff but very bad beds

Excellent atmosphere. Great girls at the reception. Clean. Stable Internet. Shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity. Very central. Cheap drinks in the hostel. Enough kitchen. Unfortunately, only two bathrooms and a toilet.

Travel

What a wonderful surprise! It was my second time in Belgrade, and the hostel I had booked the previous year had disappointed me very much, so I presented myself this year convinced that the standard in the city was that (which could be legitimate). Instead this hostel was able to surprise me positively. Such a welcoming staff is not very easy to find, and above all the hostel is structured in a really interesting way, impossible not to enjoy common spaces and not to meet new people! P.S. Try the rakija of the house that they offer you on your arrival, very strong but super good and characteristic!

One of the most beautiful, smart hostels I've ever been to!

The hostel is in a good location - not too far from bus and train stations, and super close to the city center. Very nice staff, always smiling and willing to help. The hostel is clean, the bathrooms are ok, the beds are comfy. There is a nice common room in which you can meet people, although it is not a party hostel. In other words, everything seems to be alright in that place, so I would recommend it to everyone who looks for a nice, comfortable and cheap place to stay right in the center of Beograd.

Very nice!

The hostel is located in the city close to both museums and night life. The hostel itself was nice, but what really sets this place apart from other hostels I've been to was the atmosphere and especially the staff. They were always in a good mood, ready to either give some advice about the city or drink a few beers with the rest of us (when they finished their shifts)!

Good location, Amazing staff

Great location, great price, great staff, otherwise exactly what it says on the tin! 
We were in a twin room, which although very simple was also spacious and quiet. The facilities are fine, the common area is pretty cool and the bathrooms are clean and functional. 
The staff require particular commendation, there were very friendly, and very very helpful! On top of giving us plenty of good recommendations on what to do in Belgrade, they arranged a minibus transfer to Timisoara (Romania). This was very competitively priced and much more convenient and quick than public transport. When the minibus arrived outside we weren't merely told to go outside but escorted out, and given a warm fare well.
