We rented all place for students from Croatia, it was great. 5 rooms and three shared toilets with two showers. Close to bus station and there are many maps with information about Belgrade. Free coffee and tea all day. Clean and fresh linen and towels. Clean common room and kitchen, speed WiFi, many channels on TV and radio in bathrooms. Not so comfy mattresses but for low budget of 10 euro per person it was great :)
