Accommodation consisted of two interconected rooms (3 bed and 2 bed) and one shower room. 

Positives were that check-in was very quick and simple. We had booked on Expedia and all they needed from us at the reception desk was the booking details and a copy of my Umrah visa. The man at the reception desk was polite and spoke well enough English to get by. The hotel was a very short distance away from the Masjid. The rooms were very clean and I could tell that they had been cleaned just prior to our arrival. The beds were single sized and were clean and comfortable. The house keeping staff were very good and always asked each day if we needed our room cleaned. The rooms were air conditioned with windows that opened to allow fresh air to circulate. The lobby was easily accessible throughout the day and night with ample lifts. We took the VIP Saptco coach to Medina from Mecca and this stops just around the corner from this hotel.

Negatives were that the shower tray was cracked but this was not a major issue as it otherwise worked. The family suite felt a little cramped in the rooms compared to the single rooms so not much space if you wanted to eat in your room etc. Also as the hotel is located on the Qiblah side to the Masjid women may find that they have a little bit more to walk to get to their prayer area.

In all I'm very satisfied with my stay. Not top star but more than suitable for my stay. Very glad I booked here as I was a bit apprehensive after reading other reviews.

Family suite

Dirty and smelly room and bathroom. Dirty and smelly bedding bearing last visitors’ smell and stains. Bathroom basin completely blocked, leaking toilet, key not working,lack of space for Salaat, terrible lift service. Restaurant not worth it due to its food being entirely Indonesian, lack of electric sockets. Overall rate no stars at all. Waste of money. Wouldn’t recommend to any one as it is not worth it. Bathroom needed good cleaning as it stank.

4. bathrooms in bad condition picture of only mirror shown on web page, if surrounding were shown none will select the property, facility management should do proper renovation of washrooms, cleaning staff cant be responsible for bad maintenance and fixtures, this hotel should hire proper maintenance team who renovates rooms to meet customer expectation and standards 
6. Pictures should be exact of the room provided
7. Broken bed lamp
8. Loose Contact Door Locks, it should be hotels responsibility to keep door-lock in working condition instead of loose contact and teaching pro customer how to use access card

Hotel is quite old, carpet was quite dirty and bathroom needs updating. The rooms are very small. We had booked into 2 quad rooms but there was no space for luggage, to eat or pray. We asked for bigger rooms and were given 2 5 beds which were much better. Hotel staff were extremely helpful. Basic amenities towels etc are provided. It’s very close to the haram for the men as it’s right opposite the green dome side. However it’s a bit of a walk for the ladies to go right to the back and all the way round to gate 25 when it’s time to visit the rawdha.

Very basic hotel

Location: is very good. It is near the Gate 1 for Roza e Rasool.

Cleanliness is extremely poor. The carpets were very dirty with marks.

Facilities: The single twin room rooms had very tiny beds perfect for midgets but not suitable for a normal 6 feet tall man.

Services: The services are really really poor. If you are a foreigner they will deal with you differently and only locals are dealt first even if you are ahead in the queue. There is no queue system. They are not so friendly and helpful if you are a foreigner.

This hotel is well below 1 star mark by UK standards and nowhere near 3 stars.

In a nutshell if I go to Madinah again I will never book this hotel.

The worse hotel I have ever been! Unfriendly receptionist, very dirty room, worse wifi

Pros: for men it is very close to visiting rawdah mubarak 
Con: for women it is on opposite side so a fair bit of walking 

Pros: good if you’re on a budget rooms are fair size and liveable
Cons: some areas are unclean and dusty (eg lamps shades, windows) 

Pros: cleaners come daily 
Cons: but they might miss a day or so too (ring reception if it bothers you) they didn’t change sheets or brush the carpet area

Con: very small shower area. I can’t imagine anyone bulkier being able to shower and we r a petite family. 

Con: room keys didn’t work 
Pro: we were given master key 

Pro: A/C 
Con: Heater setting didn’t work and we were cold (!)

Pro: small grocery shop nearby sells milk biscuits tea and wraps 
Con: all major eating chains are on the opposite side so is the shopping malls so expect to walk quite a bit 

Overall nice hotel with friendly staff, we didn’t have any problem and any we did was sorted quickly (like the key) I wouldn’t want to stay here again only because we went with our kids and they didn’t appreciate walking to the ladies area and shopping areas. 


Average 

The good thing about this hotel is it's closeness to the Prophet's Mosque. The hotel should have been classified as 3 star and not a 4 star. The shower is very small that it may not accommodate an extra large person.
 The staff are not very friendly , we have to call and request for cleaning of our room after about 2 days.
The General environment is clean. 
There's no functional restaurant

Al Eimqn Al Qibla hotel nice name .. hotel also nice only few rooms too small . Actually not small they put many beds in small rooms. Toilet small few rooms better . Just near to Masjid al nabawi Gate No 5 .
