Cristalaat Al Aseel Hotel

This is the exact hotel everyone needs for a group tour or trip in KSA MAKKAH. i was booked by the agency so i didn't really know what's on and what's up as we arrive in Makkah. The room is spacious enough for 5 pax, but dont expects to have 5 toilets. its a " wait til im done" situation during toilets and showers time. but its fine. we we're pilgrims so patience is a virtue. we didn't have housekeeping until we will exit. but its fine. we are pilgrims and patience is a virtue. i ask housekeeping if they have Iron and Ironing board, but they cannot understand. but its ok. we are pilgrims and patience is a virtue. i approach receptionist and ask if they have iron for pressing my clothes and he cannot speak english also so i make sign language and only he realized what im asking. uh what a relief i told to myself. but unfortunately he oointed me to the opposite side of the road that there is a laundry shop that do ironing.?!! i really thought my problem for ironing is gonna be solve.. but its fine. we are pilgrims and patience is a virtue... no need pressing clothes... they have a washing area on the rooftop. its for general use. there are 5 washing machine and only one with spin dryer working. so waiting in line also for your laundry. so many laundry line also so its fine. we are pilgrims and patience is a virtue... all in all i have a very comfortable stay in this hotel. because of my patience. i will choose this hotel again if ever i got a chance to have my second umrah. recommended for someone like me on a budget traveling.
