Best man huse keeping ever cleaning nd humbling ever ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Shazzad is the best men location very good room cleaning is very good staff very helpful and friendly specially our floor staff shazzad supervisor and jahangir very good very coprative and friendly thanks for your service

I was staying on the 13th floor. The rooms was nice... everything was in a working condition. we didnt had to ask the room service for anything.... I feel this hotel is very near to haram. and on the way there are 2 small masjids located as well in case if you cant walk till haram. The reception lobby is quite a big and has many sofas for people to chill and wait for lifts during peak time. The cafeteria is decent. drinking Water services is one important thing which we always got from the hotel (zam zam). yes there are shops just outside the hotel to buy stuff. overall a good hotel as our aim is to stay near to haram and which was fulfilled.. I have stayed in radisons and lemon tree in other countries and i dont want to compare the hospitality as per the peak time and the price... distance from the masjid i feel it is defenitely one of the best hotels in makkah. hope to visit soon

My Hajj stay

Best keeping room

Firstly, it is approx 8 mins away from the Masjid Al Harām, and is well presented. Elevators are good, there are 5 in total - busy at peak times though (after salah). Shops are located outside the hotel, so need to worry about that. The rooms are a decent size - we had 5 in our room, the toilet and shower were also nice and clean. The ac is also very good in the rooms with options to change the temperature. Complimentary prayer mat, towels and toiletries. Laundry service also provided, approximately 6-7 riyals for each piece. 

In conclusion, I was satisfied with my stay here and the staff are really helpful as well, cleaning is also provided at request. 

There are drinks and tea at the lobby area also.

Rooms are clean and tidy. 
Not too far away from Haram.
Lifts very busy.
WiFi only in lobby.
Dining area is spacious.
Even have a small masjid on 1st floor.
Surrounded by market area, pharmacies, saloons, money changers and many restaurants, that’s a plus point

5-6 minutes walk from Haram

The new name of the hotel is "Al Olayan Golden Hotel Makkah" - here you would wait 1 hour just to reach in your room during Fajar and other prayers.. several issues of lift (1) all lifts are very small in size just for 5-6 persons (2) can be stop in mid for again going up - ground's people just wait and wait to reach back on ground.. (3) no proper lift persons to assist in this worst cases when wait goes up to hour.  

More, No Wifi can be access in rooms... 

Lifts are Terrible during high season

Very bad experience at this hotel over full not enough lifts staff very rude cannot understand English if u have a problem they will not take u seriously and wi fi absolutely rubbish flies take over in reception very dirty if u do book here keep all belongings locked away I had I phone six and charger stolen from my room when u complain at reception they make it out to be ur own fault anybody can enter ur room as keys r left on reception desk when u leave hotel will not book here again

The service is really very poor.you don't get lifts during breakfast,lunch and dinner time and the same r very busy.It is your good luck if you r back to your room.Rooms r congested .Better stay away from this hotel.
