Booked on hotwire.com for my parents. There were no issues while checking in, my dad simply gave them reservation number and there were able to locate the booking. As per my mom dad, room and restroom were clean, housekeeping also checked on them daily if they need anything. Only issue is if you have family with kids or elderly it might not be for you, as you have to climb up hill to get to harram. So my parents most of the time ended up taking cab one way which cost about 10 SR, still not bad. If you have elderly people in family and kids you looking at about 15 mins walk. If you are young and no kids and elderly probably 10 mins walk to harram from hotel.
