Landmark Darkm Hotel Makkah

Clean rooms, cooperative staff, located on the main road. Walking distance stores, tuck shop, restaurants. Taxi is always available from the gate of hotel. I can share my personal experiance which is hopefully useful for first time traveller. I took the hotel on 15 min walking distance from haram on december 2017 with my wife and two kids. One of 3 year and another of 1 year baby. As per my thought before travelling i plan to stay at nearest place of haram and i booked a hotel with 180 riyal approx per day. First issue was of un hygeinic hotel and surrounding of hotel. Second issue was of 15 min walking distance. Whenever i went to haram with my kids they didnt came back by foot and always my kid oblige me to keep in my arms. When i have to walk 15 minutes holding 18 kilo kid the distance of 15 min seems like 1 hour. Third issue Unhygenic food places with high prices compare to 3 to 4 km away restaurants. Then i moved away from that area and took a room in this hotel, which is located in Azizya. One of the good zone in haram to stay. Very clean, hygenic, fully carpeted with all basic accessories. Travelling issue resolved with kids. Its better to stay 4km away instead of 15 min walking distance. Took a taxi from the gate of hotel and will drop you in basement of haram, through an electric escavator i was in the haram with kids. Took a ataxi from the basement and 10 min drive back to hotel. Charges i was paying near haram was 180 riyal with no basic facility and complete unhygiene with unhygien food in surrounding. In azizya i found offer price in abeer al azizya hotel of 50 riyal online and 30 riyal for the taxi round trip to haram.
