we got a 4 bedded room ,nice beds,small room,only on the first day they provide us water ,no coffee or tea in the room,fridge vacant,no cleaning for 3 days....the location is excellent,...can see the Harem, just opposit the Haram...just get out after the prayer call....no hasles .....in a sense an Okay hotel with excellent proximity ....but need lot of improvement

Looking from the outside this hotel was doubtful. It has a smaller building, the parking lot wasn't clean and very small as well. But the room was amazingly clean and big enough for us. The food was good,and they provided buses to go to the Haram. 9/10 would come back to this hotel!

i booked it and the price was great 192 SAR per night
the room was clean but some rooms separated by a door so it will be quiet or noisy depending your neighbors there is a separate rooms and it's very quiet and not separated with another rooms you can ask reception about it.

Positives:
- They allowed us early check-in, we reached the Hotel at around 8am and they provided us with rooms
- No issues with Shuttle Service
- No issues with AC, which we faced last time
- Lighting in the room
- Cleanliness

Negatives:
- The cleaning guy started working at around 9am in the corridor and the noise was pretty significant for anyone trying to sleep inside the room
- The fried potatoes in the breakfast were not properly cooked
- The beds are smaller for me in length

Better than last time

Everything is a mess at this location.  From bed sheets to bathroom.  The quality at this Best Western has gone down the drain.  Breakfast is served cold, spots and stains on bed sheets and pillows.  Our room was not clean when got there.  Smell of sewage from the bathroom for the four days we were there.  I personally think that staff at this hotel tries very hard to ensure you do not return to Best Western again.    The experience we had at this hotel would make us not want to stay at any Best Western.  And, I am pretty sure others would do the same.  This was the second time we stayed at Best Western and would be the last time I would stay at this location.
