I want to gives this hotel 0!!! We checked in just for one night and when we entered the room we were disgusted to find a yucky bathroom that had mold aroundBut the toilet and bath. Unhealthy and unhygienic and the kitchen was all breaking apart literally the wood was watery damp  and all broken it was disgusting none the less the beds i smelt on the pillow case of somewhat sweat🤮this does not equal to what i found next A MOUSE!!!! I swear on my umrah that i saw a mouse run from under the bed my kids was on to the next! It ran under the kitchen wood that was broken we were all screaming no one came to our rescue especially the hotel staff. Eventually we got hold of the staff and they didn’t believe us  and pretending like he was going to control the situation he started banging on the wood so it can come out but it was hiding he didnt want to come out i had it already i was packing my stuff 
The guy said he will call the manger abu Mustafa his name was and tell him but he was ay prayer 
Then all of a sudden the mouse scrambled out into a another room lol i told the owner i want my money back and that this place was unsanitary but he refused we didn’t even stay 5 min and the mouse came out  he said noway there was a mouse i was like dude u have a unhygienic bathrooms that look like had never been cleaned at all  as well as the hotel lol so he  was stubborn in giving my 100 riyal back so i was mad and left the hotel and told him to keep it and use it to good use by cleaning ur damn junky hotel it was not even a  penny worth staying here in my eyes i would rather sleep on the streets better
