Room ok but rest is not care.It is inside city where reception and staff do not even clean room everyday. Even phone from room to reception do not work. They do give toilet soap, towel or even drinking water in room.

Jeddah Stay

I was surprised that for Sr 150 per night how the place exceeded my expectations.Since I stayed only one night my basic expectations were the place should be clean (specially toilets), pleasant, a comfortable bed, security with a place to park the vehicle and boy they delivered all.I was suppose to check out at 3PM but I told due to unavoidable circumstances I can leave only at 4PM and I actually left at 5PM. But the person at reception didn't utter a word or charge a single halala and a thumbs up for that courtesy!! Only issue could be finding restaurants close by and the closest was the Shawaya House at a 1 minute walk.The restaurant cluster at Prince Majid Road is at a 15 minute drive away which is not bad.Even though there was no safety deposit in the room since there was another door inside for the room which could be locked I was satisfied by that.There is an elevator as well so no tiring of climbing stairs.Highly recommend to anyone who doesn't expect a 5 star package from a budget apartment and wants only the essentials to be in place.

These self-catering furnished apartments are new and clean, with comfortable beds, AC, fridge, electric stove, wifi and even ashtrays (quite a relief for a smoker!). The location is not far from central Jeddah, close to Marriott hotel, but in a side street that taxi drivers can't find easily (our driver had to phone the hotel to get directions).  There is no restaurant in or near the hotel, so bring your own food or drive to the city to eat. The area is residential and has nothing of interest. We booked a "superior" two-bedroom apartment (2 bathrooms) for me and my 2 teenage children, but ended up staying in a "normal" two-bedroom apartment (one bathroom) as a compromise! First, the people at the reception wanted us to take a one-bedroom apartment with one bed for the price of 2 bedrooms (saying it is enough for us) When I explained we are not in the habit of sleeping all in one bed, and insisted that the reservation is for 2 bedrooms, they relented, but said one bathroom is enough or we have to pay 100 SAR more! I think the misunderstanding is because the superior apartment is offered on booking.com CHEAPER than the regular, while in the hotel price list it is more expensive.The major issue is the total absence of towels. Upon request, they brought us soap, shampoo, and paper tissues and said they don't provide towels for guests because they make them wet and dirty!!!

Bring your own towels!

The hotel accommodation was very good. Nice clean room and bath room. However, the service staff and the reception was not the best. There was no tissues, or toiletterees and none was provided even after repeated requests.
