the hotel is quite good it need some renovation .the rooms are so spacious with a very  big bathroom. the staff are helpful but it seems like they don't have any experience .the location is not bad it is near to a mall.

I stayed in this hotel a fortnight while looking for an apartment to stay. It's a typical 3 star hotel that covers it's baseline well. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean and food is passable.  I didn't like that the hotel has no non-smoking rooms and sometimes through the fan in the bathroom a fusty air comes in. Be aware - in the hight of summer - as the water-tank is on the rooftop of the building - the coldest water from the tap you will be getting is around 33 degrees Celsius. The leisure area downstairs is nice and serves good fruit cocktails.

Accepatble mid range hotel

Low-end, discreetly clean, very small rooms, no refrigerators, adequate staff to the Saudis (they ask for payment in advance of all duration, the Saudis are used to trying not to pay, to avoid the problems they ask for such an early payment).

If you want to spend less

You have everything you need in here. Near the airport, hospital, and malls. Clean and nice rooms with big flat screen TV. Wi-fi automatically available. Staff are accomodating and friendly.
I like the variety of foods they served to chose from.

My stay in Bilqase Throne Hotel in Dammam Saudi Arabia

This hotel is a good place to stay if duration of your trip is short. 

Positives:
1. Nearest hotel from airport (probably first hotel as you enter city from airport road)
2. Breakfast has a lot of options (good for vegetarians). 
3. Service is good.

Negatives:
1. Wi-Fi connectivity isn't that good.
2. There is no vegetarian meal option available in nearby restaurants. 
3. No kitchenette. For vegetarians or who prefers to cook, this hotel is not a good option.
4. No washing machine in the room.

Bilqase Hotel - Dammam

This hotel is 35 km from the airport, with 100-150 taxis will take you there. The hotel is a 3-star, very efficient and available Asian staff. The restaurants are quite modest with little choice for the evening and not even the fruit for breakfast but all-consuming acceptable in its entirety. The room is a pretty cozy bin with a large and clean bathroom. Speaking of services, Wifi works very well while the gym is very small. I recommend if you have to move to industrial area n1 or n2 because it's about 25 minutes away and by taxi you spend 40R.

It's convenient.

not recommeded at all. no internet, no breakfast was provided but eventhough it was included in the package. poor condition of bathroom. when you ask for room service, they ask you to pay for the food you ordered and not put to your hotel room....this is height of poor service.

third grade hotel

This hotel is over rated as a four star hotel, it's more like a two star hotel. For starters, the room was supplied with only two towels, no bath soap, no shower sandals, no toothbrush or toothpaste, and other ammenities wich real four star hotels provide for their customers. The floor carpeting was dirty and coming apart. There was no such thing as cold water coming out from the water faucets, it was either hot or super hot. The living room furniture was filthy to say the least. The air conditioners were leaking, to were the floor was soak and wet. I do give them credit for sending a maintenance person to fix it in a short time. Also, they did offer me another room, however, we turned it down because the shower/bathtub was surrounded by mildew, and overall cleanliness was poor.
