My wife and I stayed one night in this clean B&B. Food was homemade and very good. The room was very clean and private. We had our own deck with a great view as well. 
Only drawback was that we paid for a private bath and received a shared bath. 
Very close to anything you would want to see in San Marino as well.

Clean, Quite, Cozy

We stayed for one night. It was utterly clean and quite, very warm atmosphere. The breakfast was amazing and home made, held outside with amazing view on surrounding. The only complaint I would have is that private bathroom was outside the room, so we were hiding from other guests. The couple owning Chez Nous was very nice and available. We would definitely go back!

Our room was spacious and clean. We chose a room with a private bathroom. I thought this meant that I had an ensuite, not a bathroom off an area that guests in three other bedrooms could see me enter. The 3 other bedrooms and their shared bathroom were all off the same area so noise travelled easily. You could hear every sneeze and snore from the other rooms. It was more like staying in a friend's bedroom except there were no communal areas that we were  told that we could use. We could here every noise from the kitchen-every piece of cutlery and crockery being used. It was also difficult to find. The gps guided us to 186 where we struggled to get information from some very helpful neighbours. It is about a kilometre away from where the gps thought it was with very bad signage. They have 2 entrances, 1 with no street number or information about the B & B and the next with a small faded sign. The breakfast was only sweet things(more like desserts) which was very disappointing. It was very handy to San Marino and we had no trouble parking there-a very beautiful town that I will certainly visit again.

Disappointing

This is a pretty new operation run by a very nice couple who were recently married.  They remodeled an apartment and have done a fine job with it.  The room is small but the bed is comfortable.  There is no private sitting area other than a porch for guests.  

Dining is at the Family table in the kitchen/living area of the home.  Food is commendably good.  Many homemade items including their own honey.  We enjoyed the stay and it was definately the best part of San Marino itself.  The remodel is very modern in taste and we like the design choices.  It is still a bit of work in progress.  Lots of stairs.  They could make it more comfortable with an additional pillow for guests and more places to hang/store clothes along with his and her reading lamps (There is only 1).  But those are mostly nits not serious flaws.  All in all very nice but far from perfect.

Guaranteed to be the best place to stay at in San Marino! :D
The food is good enough to die for!
And San Marino is such a beautiful place, that I am most certainly going back there again and again!
Unless they are fully booked, I will without doubt stay at Chez Nous B&B again! :)
